Resumo: Objective: To identify the main causes for devolution of requests via SISREG from UBS 4 of Recanto das Emas, from January to December 2021. Methodology: This is a cross-sectional descriptive study with a quantitative approach. Results: The main cause of devolutions was incomplete clinical information (62%). Other causes were incorrect exam or specialty (33%), incorrect/incomplete patient registration (4%), and patient can be managed in PHC (1%). Conclusion: The main causes of devolutions of request via SISREG from UBS 4 of Recanto das Emas are directly related to health processes, and are able to interventions in order to reduce access barriers and patient waiting time, leading to a SUS more effective, optimizing patients' access to specialized services and complementary exams, valuing the principles of Universality, Equity and Integrality.

Metodología: Se trata de un estudio descriptivo transversal con abordaje cuantitativo. Resultados: La principal causa de retorno fue la información clínica incompleta (62%). Otras causas de devolución fueron examen o especialidad incorrectos (33%), registro del paciente incorrecto/incompleto (4%) y manejo del paciente en la APS (1%). Conclusión: Las principales causas de devolución de solicitaciónes vía SISREG de la UBS 4 del Recanto das Emas están directamente relacionadas con los procesos de salud, y son susceptibles de intervenciones para reducir las barreras de acceso y el tiempo de espera de los pacientes, lo que lleva a un SUS más eficaz, optimizando el acceso de los pacientes a servicios especializados y exámenes complementarios, valorando los principios de Universalidad, Equidad e Integralidad.Objetivo: Identificar as principais causas de devolução de solicitações via SISREG da UBS 4 do Recanto das Emas, no período de janeiro a dezembro de 2021. Metodologia: Trata-se de um estudo descritivo transversal com abordagem quantitativa. Resultados: A principal causa de devolução das solicitações foi informações clínicas incompletas (62%). Outras causas foram exame ou especialidade incorretos (33%), cadastro incorreto/incompleto do paciente (4%), e paciente pode ser manejado na APS (1%).
