Resumo: | Acidification of phosphate rock as one of the mainstages of the production process of phosphate fertilizers. Sulfuric acid is used to obtain phosphoric acid, one of the intermediate products of the fertilizer industry. This stage of process is already widely used for production of several types of fertilizers, among them Simple Super Phosphate (SSP), generating the liquid effluent hexafluorsilicic acid (H2SiF6) as a by-product from secondary reactions in the process. In this works, we simulate a mathematical model to represent dynamic behavior of filtration and consolidation in pressure filter, equipment used to recover H2SiF6 in production of SSP, in order that it can be used in process itself, helping in the efficiency of acidulation stage of phosphate rock, reducing production costs and promoting a more sustainable process. This study predicts a recovery of 92,07% of H2SiF6 fed and retention of 73,38% of solids. |

La producción de fertilizantes fosfatados tiene como una de las principales etapas del proceso productivo la acidificación de la roca fosfatada que, a través del ácido sulfúrico, para la obtención de ácido fosfórico, uno de los principales productos intermedios de la industria de fertilizantes. Esta etapa del proceso ya es ampliamente utilizada para la producción de varios tipos de fertilizantes, incluido el Super Fosfato Simple (SSP), que genera el efluente líquido ácido hexafluorsilícico (H2SiF6) como subproducto de reacciones secundarias en el proceso. En este trabajo se desarrolla el modelado y simulación de las etapas de filtración y consolidación en el filtro prensa, equipo utilizado para la recuperación del efluente líquido de la producción de SSP, para que pueda ser utilizado en el propio proceso productivo, ayudando en la eficiencia de la fase de acidificación de la roca fosfatada, ayudando a reducir los costos de producción y promoviendo así un proceso de producción más sostenible de fertilizantes fosfatados. Este estudio predice una recuperación del 92,07% del ácido alimentado y una retención del 73,38% de sólidos.A produção de fertilizantes fosfatados tem como como uma das principais etapas do processo produtivo a acidulação da rocha fosfática que, através do ácido sulfúrico, para obtenção do ácido fosfórico, um dos principais produtos intermediários da indústria de fertilizantes. Essa etapa do processo já é bastante utilizada para a produção de diversos tipos de fertilizantes, entre eles o Super Fosfato Simples (SSP), gerando o efluente líquido ácido hexafluorsilícico (H2SiF6) como subproduto oriundo de reações secundárias do processo. Neste trabalho, desenvolve-se a modelagem e simulação das etapas de filtração e consolidação no filtro prensa, equipamento utilizado para a recuperação do efluente líquido da produção de SSP, a fim de que este possa ser utilizado no próprio processo produtivo, auxiliando na eficiência da etapa de acidulação da rocha fosfática, auxiliando na redução dos custos de produção e promovendo assim um processo produtivo mais sustentável de fertilizantes fosfatados. Este estudo prevê uma recuperação de 92,07% do ácido alimentado e retenção de 73,38% dos sólidos.
