Epidemiological profile of women victims of sexual violence in a specialized center on infectious-parasitic diseases of Cascavel/PR

Resumo: This article aims to establish the epidemiological profile of women victims of sexual violence attended in a center specialized in infectious-parasitic diseases of Cascavel/PR. To accomplish this objective, an exploratory and descriptive, retrospective, cross-sectional study was carried out through the analysis of medical records of patient’s victims of sexual violence, from April 2018 to December 2019, in the municipality of Cascavel/Paraná. The medical records were made available by the Health Department of Cascavel/PR. The sample consisted of 69 cases of women, of all ages, who suffered proven sexual violence through medical records, attended at the Center for Infectious-Parasitic Diseases (CEDIP). The criteria analyzed were: age group, self-declared color, schooling, if a police report, marital status, occupation, sexual orientation, if there was a repetition of violence, means used to effect violence, type of abuse, number of aggressors, physical conditions of the victim, HIV prophylaxis, STIs and contraception, reactive tests, post-violence pregnancy, aggressor's sex, age group of the aggressor and degree of knowledge of the aggressor. The data found were analyzed using the Microsoft ® Excel® 365.V16, organized, tabulated and transformed in tables and graphs. After that, content analysis and association were made with the texts presented in the theoretical framework. Through the knowledge generated by this research, it is possible to establish preventive actions to abuse, which address the reality of the population studied, in addition to establishing primary care actions in the specialized center.

Para lograr este objetivo, se realizó un estudio transversal, exploratorio y descriptivo, retrospectivo, a través del análisis de historias clínicas de pacientes víctimas de violencia sexual, de abril de 2018 a diciembre de 2019, en el municipio de Cascavel/Paraná. Los registros médicos fueron puestos a disposición por el Departamento de Salud de Cascavel/PR. La muestra incluyó 69 casos de mujeres, de todas las edades, que habían sufrido violencia sexual comprobada a través de historias clínicas, atendidas en el Centro de Enfermedades Infecciosas Parasitarias (CEDIP). Los criterios analizados fueron: grupo de edad, color autodeclarado, escolaridad, si se realizó denuncia policial, estado civil, ocupación, orientación sexual, identidad de género, lugar de la agresión, si hubo repetición de la violencia, medio utilizado para realizar la violencia, tipo de abuso, número de agresores, condición física de la víctima, profilaxis del VIH, ITS y anticoncepción, pruebas reactivas, embarazo después de la violencia, sexo del agresor, grupo de edad del agresor y grado de conocimiento del agresor. Los datos encontrados fueron analizados mediante la herramienta Microsoft® Excel® 365.V16, organizados, tabulados y transformados en tablas y gráficos. Posteriormente se realizó un análisis de contenido y asociación con los textos presentados en el marco teórico. A través del conocimiento generado por esta investigación, es posible establecer acciones preventivas frente al maltrato, que aborden la realidad de la población estudiada, además de establecer acciones de atención primaria en el centro especializado.O presente artigo tem como objetivo estabelecer o perfil epidemiológico de mulheres vítimas de violência sexual atendidas em um centro especializado em doenças infecto-parasitárias de Cascavel/PR. Para cumprir tal objetivo, fez-se um estudo exploratório e descritivo, retrospectivo, de corte transversal, por meio da análise de prontuários de pacientes vítimas de violência sexual, no período de abril de 2018 a dezembro de 2019, no município de Cascavel/Paraná. Os prontuários foram disponibilizados pela Secretaria de Saúde de Cascavel/PR. A amostra contou com 69 casos de mulheres, de todas as idades, que sofreram violência sexual comprovada por meio de prontuário médico, atendidas no Centro de Doenças Infecto-parasitárias (CEDIP). Os critérios analisados foram: faixa etária, cor autodeclarada, escolaridade, se realizado boletim de ocorrência, estado civil, ocupação, orientação sexual, identidade de gênero, local da agressão, se houve repetição da violência, meio utilizado para efetivar a violência, tipo de abuso, número de agressores, condições físicas da vítima, profilaxia de HIV, IST e anticoncepção, testes reagentes, gravidez pós violência, sexo do agressor, faixa etária do agressor e grau de conhecimento do agressor. Os dados encontrados foram analisados utilizando a ferramenta Microsoft® Excel® 365.V16, organizados, tabulados e transformados em tabelas e gráficos. Após, fez-se a análise de conteúdo e associação com os textos apresentados no referencial teórico.
