Resumo: | Several types of services and companies depend on the means of transport to send and receive, with safety and quality, their products and raw materials. Among these mentioned features, cargo transport stands out, mainly in the region of Santos, as it is linked to the Port Terminal of the region. Given the significant use of road transport, companies are always looking for ways to reduce time and cost in the country's transport processes, in order to improve the logistics that involve the delivery of the final product. In 2020, the Port of Santos recorded a net profit of approximately 120 million reais, traffic of 1.1 million passengers and 120 million tons handled. Taking into account the magnitude of the Port Complex of Santos, several processes occur simultaneously within the 53 port terminals. This work proposes a study using Queuing Theory and Computational Modeling, in order to highlight the effective tools and theories that relate and optimize existing processes. |

Entre esas características mencionadas, se destaca el transporte de carga, principalmente en la región de Santos, ya que está vinculado al Terminal Portuario de la región. Dado el uso significativo del transporte por carretera, las empresas siempre están buscando formas de reducir tiempos y costos en los procesos de transporte del país, con el fin de mejorar la logística que involucra la entrega del producto final. En 2020, el Puerto de Santos registró una ganancia neta de aproximadamente 120 millones de reales, un tráfico de 1,1 millón de pasajeros y 120 millones de toneladas manejadas. Teniendo en cuenta tal magnitud del Complejo Portuario de Santos, varios procesos ocurren simultáneamente dentro de las 53 terminales portuarias. El estudio sobre esto se hará a través de la Teoría de Colas y el Modelado Computacional, con el fin de resaltar las herramientas y teorías efectivas que relacionan y optimizan los procesos existentes.Vários tipos de serviços e empresas dependem dos meios de transporte para enviar e receber, com segurança e qualidade, seus produtos e matérias primas. Dentre essas funcionalidades citadas, o transporte de cargas se destaca, principalmente na região de Santos, por estar atrelado ao Terminal Portuário da região. Tendo em vista o expressivo uso do transporte rodoviário, as empresas estão sempre buscando meios de diminuir tempo e custo nos processos de transporte do país, de modo a melhorar a logística que envolve a entrega do produto final. No ano de 2020, o Porto de Santos registrou lucro líquido de aproximadamente 120 milhões de reais, tráfego de 1,1 milhão de passageiros e 120 milhões de toneladas movimentadas. Levando em consideração tamanha magnitude do Complexo Portuário de Santos, diversos processos ocorrem de forma simultânea dentro dos 53 terminais portuários.
