Metabolic view involving depression and heart failure: a reflective analysis

Resumo: The present work can be reflexively analyzed based on the literature on metabolic association involving depression in patients with heart failure. The method described as a descriptive study, the type of reflective analysis, with the discussion of the literature on: metabolism, depression and heart failure. As a result, studies show that heart failure influences neurobiological systems, within genetic limits, leading to behavioral manifestations of depression. These metabolic cascades in heart failure contribute to the pathophysiology of depression. The role of depression and the imbalance of the health-disease process are related to multifactorial causes. However, knowing what happens between depression, its oldest form when associated with heart failure and the development of psychic behavior, especially depression, is essential to guide mental health care practices, both in the interventionist and in the preventive scope. Further studies in the cardiopsychiatric metabolic area are necessary.

El método descrito como un estudio descriptivo, el tipo de análisis reflexivo, con la discusión de la literatura sobre: metabolismo, depresión e insuficiencia cardíaca. Como resultado, los estudios muestran que la insuficiencia cardíaca influye en los sistemas neurobiológicos, dentro de los límites genéticos, lo que lleva a manifestaciones conductuales de depresión. Estas cascadas metabólicas en la insuficiencia cardíaca son las que contribuyen a la fisiopatología de la depresión. El papel de la depresión y el desequilibrio del proceso salud-enfermedad están relacionados con causas multifactoriales. Sin embargo, saber lo que sucede entre la depresión, su forma más antigua cuando se asocia con insuficiencia cardíaca y el desarrollo del comportamiento psíquico, especialmente la depresión, es esencial para dirigir las prácticas de atención de salud mental, tanto en el intervencionista como en los ancianos. Se necesitan más estudios en el área metabólica cardiopsiquiátrica.O presente trabalho tem como analisar reflexivamente com base na literatura sobre a associação da metabolômica envolvendo a depressão em pacientes com insuficiência cardíaca. O método caracteriza-se como um estudo de revisão descritiva, do tipo análise reflexiva, com discussão da literatura sobre metabolômica, depressão e insuficiência cardíaca. Como resultados, os estudos mostram que a insuficiência cardíaca influencia os sistemas neurobiológicos, dentro dos limites genéticos, levando a manifestações comportamentais de depressão. São essas cascatas metabólicas na insuficiência cardíaca que contribuem significativamente na fisiopatologia da depressão. O papel da depressão e o desequilíbrio do processo saúde-doença estão relacionados com causas multifatoriais. No entanto, conhecer o que acontece entre a depressão, na sua forma mais primária quando associada com a insuficiência cardíaca e o desenvolvimento do adoecimento psíquico, em especial a depressão, é essencial para o direcionamento das práticas na assistência em saúde mental, tanto no âmbito intervencionista como no âmbito preventivo.
