Resumo: This work aims at evaluating students’ perceptions about the Transportation Engineering degree at the Federal University of Mato Grosso, Várzea Grande Campus, as to a multicriterial decision technique used by a professors’ in two units of the respective course. Therefore, an online survey with 9 close-ended questions was elaborated. Subsequently, the survey has been sent to 23 students who have undertaken both the Economics and Operational Research units in Transportation, which were the units where the respective technique was approached. The questionnaire response rate was 56.52% since 13 students have answered the survey. The results have shown that the following procedures are considered as strong points: i) digital approach used by professors; ii) procedure adopted to solve students' doubts; and, iii) model exercise resolution in an online spreadsheet in practical classes. In addition, some of the strategies that can be adopted to improve students’ understanding of the AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) method are: i) providing students with material about the method beforehand and promoting its discussion, as well as ii) elaborating a guide for the assessed individual activities proposed by professors. Thus, it can be concluded that the way in which the multicriterial decision technique was approached was well evaluated according to the opinions of the students who studied two units.

Thus, it can be concluded that the way in which the multicriterial decision technique was approached was well evaluated according to the opinions of the students who studied two units.El presente trabajo tuvo como objetivo evaluar las opiniones de los alumnos del curso de Ingeniería de Transportes de la Universidad Federal de Mato Grosso, Campus de Várzea Grande, en cuanto a una técnica de decisión multicriterial utilizada por un docente en dos disciplinas del respectivo curso. Para ello, se elaboró un cuestionario electrónico con 9 preguntas cerradas. Posteriormente, el cuestionario fue enviado a 23 alumnos que cursaron las asignaturas de Economía en Transportes e Investigación Operativa en Transportes que fueron las disciplinas donde la respectiva técnica fue abordada. La tasa de respuesta del cuestionario fue del 56,52%, ya que 13 alumnos respondieron el cuestionario. A partir de los resultados obtenidos, fue posible verificar que se configuraron como puntos fuertes, las siguientes acciones: i) presentación digital utilizada por el profesor; ii) procedimiento adoptado para subsanar las dudas de los alumnos; y, iii) resolución de ejemplo en hoja de cálculo en laboratorio. Además, fue posible identificar algunas estrategias que pueden ser utilizadas con los alumnos para facilitar la comprensión del método Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), siendo ellas: i) disponibilizar a los alumnos de forma anticipada materiales sobre el método y promover la discusión de los mismos; y, ii) elaborar un itinerario para el desarrollo de la actividad individual propuesta por el docente como evaluación del aprendizaje. De este modo, se puede concluir que la forma como la técnica de decisión multicriterial fue abordada fue bien evaluada conforme las opiniones de los alumnos que cursaron las dos disciplinas.O presente trabalho teve como objetivo avaliar as opiniões dos alunos do curso de Engenharia de Transportes da Universidade Federal de Mato Grosso, Campus de Várzea Grande, quanto a uma técnica de decisão multicriterial utilizada por um docente em duas disciplinas do respectivo curso. Para isto, foi elaborado um questionário eletrônico com 9 perguntas fechadas. Posteriormente, o questionário foi enviado para 23 alunos que cursaram as disciplinas de Economia em Transportes e Pesquisa Operacional em Transportes que foram as disciplinas onde a respectiva técnica foi abordada. A taxa de resposta do questionário foi de 56,52%, visto que 13 alunos responderam o questionário. A partir dos resultados obtidos, foi possível verificar que se configuraram como pontos fortes, as seguintes ações: i) apresentação digital utilizada pelo professor; ii) procedimento adotado para sanar as dúvidas dos alunos; e, iii) resolução de exemplo em planilha eletrônica em laboratório. Além disso, foi possível identificar algumas estratégias que podem ser utilizadas com os alunos para facilitar a compreensão do método Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), sendo elas: i) disponibilizar aos alunos de forma antecipada materiais sobre o método e promover a discussão dos mesmos; e, ii) elaborar um roteiro para o desenvolvimento da atividade individual proposta pelo docente como avaliação do aprendizado.
