Resumo: To evaluate whether Bulk-Fill composite resins (Paste and Flowable) have similar depth of cure varying the light source. Resin composite groups: (P) Paste: FiltekTM One Bulk Fill (F1), Tetric N-Ceram Bulk Fill (T1); Aura Bulk Fill (A1); OPUS Bulk Fill (O1) and (F) Flowable: FiltekTM Bulk Fill Flow (F2); Tetric N-Flow Bulk Fill (T2); SDR® Plus Bulk Fill Flowable (S2); OPUS Bulk Fill Flow (O2). Three discs from each group were made (ISO 4049/2000),in one mold with (4x10mm) was filled with resin and light cured for 20s, varying the light source: Gnatus (G) and Kavo (K). The samples were removed immediately and the uncured portion was removed with a plastic spatula. The measurement was performed with a micrometer ± 0.1mm and the value divided by 2. The data were analyzed using ANOVA One-Way and ANOVA Two-Way followed by t-test with significance of 0.05. The groups (T1-K, S1-K, F1-K, F1-G, F2-G and T1-G) had an acceptable depth recommended by the manufacturer. Between the light sources K and G there is no difference (p = 0.068), more differences has found between the groups (O2-G) (O2-K) (p = 0.004). No differences were found between the group PK (p = 0.059), but showed for group FK (p = <0.050), between K-resins (p = <0.050), between groups (PG) (FG) and G-resins ( p = <0.050). Flowable resins (S2 and T2) show better depth of cure results than others. The composition of the material, as well as the wavelength, may have influenced the results.

Grupos de resina: (P) Pasta: FiltekTM One Bulk Fill (F1), Tetric N-Ceram Bulk Fill (T1); Aura Bulk Fill (A1); OPUS Bulk Fill (O1) y (F): Fluido: FiltekTM Bulk Fill Flow (F2); Tetric N-Flow Bulk Fill (T2); SDR®️ Plus Bulk Fill Fluido (S2); OPUS Bulk Fill Flow (O2). 10 tipos de resinas foram analizadas: (P) Pasta: FiltekTM One Bulk Fill (F1), Tetric N-Ceram Bulk Fill (T1); Aura Bulk Fill (A1); OPUS Bulk Fill (O1) e  (F) Fluida: FiltekTM Bulk Fill Flow (F2); Tetric N-Flow Bulk Fill (T2); SDR® Plus Bulk Fill Flowable (S2); OPUS Bulk Fill Flow (O2). Research, Society and Development2020-10-17info:eu-repo/semantics/articleinfo:eu-repo/semantics/publishedVersionapplication/pdfhttps://rsdjournal.org/index.php/rsd/article/view/919010.33448/rsd-v9i10.9190Research, Society and Development; Vol. 9 No. 10; e7509109190Research, Society and Development; Vol. 9 Núm. 10; e7509109190Research, Society and Development; v. 9 n. 10; e75091091902525-3409reponame:Research, Society and Developmentinstname:Universidade Federal de Itajubá (UNIFEI)instacron:UNIFEIporhttps://rsdjournal.org/index.php/rsd/article/view/9190/8162Copyright (c) 2020 Maria Isabela Siqueira Rocha; Paulo Cesar Freitas Santos-Filho; Lia Dietrich; Tais Alves dos Reis; Mariana Araújo Magalhães; Victor da Mota Martinshttps://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0info:eu-repo/semantics/openAccessRocha, Maria Isabela SiqueiraSantos-Filho, Paulo Cesar FreitasDietrich, LiaReis, Tais Alves dosMagalhães, Mariana AraújoMartins, Victor da Mota2020-10-31T12:03:23Zoai:ojs.pkp.sfu.ca:article/9190Revistahttps://rsdjournal.org/index.php/rsd/indexPUBhttps://rsdjournal.org/index.php/rsd/oairsd.articles@gmail.com2525-34092525-3409opendoar:2024-01-17T09:31:31.802644Research, Society and Development - Universidade Federal de Itajubá (UNIFEI)false
