Resumo: | The general objective of this research is to analyze the inclusion of students with physical, auditory and visual deficiencies in the regular education of municipal schools in the city of Barreirinhas. This research had an exploratory character, with quantitative and qualitative approach. The methodology used in this research was: reading articles, monographs and books dealing with Special Education; interview with the coordinator of Special Education in the Municipal Education Department (SEMED); research in locus in the target schools of the research and tabulation of the information coming from this study. The research revealed the inefficiency of the Municipal Government of Barreirinhas / MA to promote a quality education for people with physical, hearing and visual disabilities. Thus, it is understood that the municipality of Barreirinhas needs to develop actions that aim to effectively include students with disabilities in the educational system, such as: school adaptations; purchase of materials for Specialized Educational Assistance (AEE); campaigns to combat the discrimination of students with specific educational needs among the teachers of the Municipal Education Network. |

Esta investigación tuvo un carácter exploratorio, con un enfoque cuantitativo y cualitativo. La metodología utilizada en esta investigación fue: leer artículos, monografías y libros sobre educación especial; preguntas con el coordinador de Educación Especial de la Secretaría Municipal de Educación (SEMED); en la investigación de locus en las escuelas objetivo de la investigación y tabulación de información de este estudio. La encuesta encontró la ineficiencia del Poder Público Municipal de Barreirinhas / MA para promover una educación de calidad para personas con discapacidades físicas, auditivas y visuales. Por lo tanto, se entiende que el municipio de Barreirin necesita desarrollar acciones que tengan como objetivo incluir efectivamente a los estudiantes con discapacidades en el sistema educativo, tales como: adaptaciones escolares; compra de materiales para las salas del Servicio Educativo Especializado (AEE); campañas para combatir la discriminación contra estudiantes con necesidades educativas específicas entre los docentes de la Red Municipal de Educación.O objetivo geral desta investigação é analisar a inclusão dos alunos com deficiências física, auditiva e visual no ensino regular das escolas municipais da cidade de Barreirinhas – Zona Urbana. Esta pesquisa teve caráter explorativo, com enfoque quantitativo e qualitativo. A metodologia usada nesta pesquisa foi: leitura de artigos, monografias e livros que tratassem sobre Educação Especial; questionamentos com a coordenadora da Educação Especial na Secretaria Municipal de Educação (SEMED); pesquisa in locus nas escolas alvo da pesquisa e tabulação das informações oriundas deste estudo. Com a pesquisa constatou-se a ineficiência do Poder Público Municipal de Barreirinhas/MA em promover uma educação de qualidade para as pessoas com deficiência física, auditiva e visual.
