Elaboration of tables for concrete dosage based on the aggregates used in Northeast Mineiro

Resumo: Given the gradual increase in the technological level of the production of inputs, machines and other things directly and indirectly related to the Civil Construction Industry, it is still necessary to study the characteristics of the materials of each region of the country and its applications to the concrete traces traditionally used. Several studies have shown that variations in aggregates alter the final properties of ready-mixed concrete, which makes it impossible to use general tables, as is customary in construction. In this perspective, the concrete dosage was applied applying aggregates of the region of the Brazilian city of Teófilo Otoni, located in the northeast of Minas Gerais. In the use of regional aggregates, as well as in the application of binders currently used in Brazil and other aspects addressed in this work, it is evident the need for regionally applicable studies such as this one, which brought results, which triggered the preparation of which may represent an advance in concrete manufacturing technology in the region, which can be applied to the site, facilitating engineering projects and bringing greater security to users and executors of future developments.

Varios estudios demuestran que variaciones en los agregados alteran las propiedades finales del concreto confeccionado, lo que inviabiliza la utilización de tablas generales, como es de costumbre en las obras. En esa perspectiva, se estudió la dosificación de concreto aplicando agregados de la región de la ciudad brasileña de Teófilo Otoni, ubicada en el nordeste minero. Tanto en la utilización de agregados regionales, así como en la aplicación de aglomerantes actualmente utilizados en Brasil y otros más aspectos abordados en ese trabajo, es evidente la necesidad de estudios regionalmente aplicables como ese, que trae resultados, que desencadenó la confección de tablas aplicables, prácticas, que representan un avance en la tecnología de la confección de concreto en la región, y que podrán ser aplicadas en obra, facilitando los proyectos de ingeniería y trayendo mayor seguridad a los usuarios y ejecutores de los emprendimientos futuros.Visto o aumento gradativo do nível tecnológico da produção de insumos, máquinas e demais coisas relacionadas diretamente e indiretamente na Indústria da Construção Civil, ainda se faz necessário trabalhos que estudem as características dos materiais de cada região do país e suas aplicações aos traços de concreto tradicionalmente utilizados. Vários estudos demonstram que variações nos agregados alteram as propriedades finais do concreto confeccionado, o que inviabiliza a utilização de tabelas gerais, como é de costume nas obras. Nessa perspectiva, estudou-se a dosagem de concreto aplicando agregados da região da cidade brasileira de Teófilo Otoni, localizada no nordeste mineiro.
