The influence of employment vincules for learning a federal public organization

Resumo: The present study aims to verify the influence of different modal ties of a federal public institution in the context of learning in the organization that uses the thought model of Peter Senge, who created the model of the five learning disciplines. The method used is a descriptive case study with a quantitative approach, using a data collection instrument through a questionnaire, answered based on the Likert Scale, by a census universe of 10 (ten) employees, with treatment and statistical analysis of the data presented. Thus, after data analysis and treatment it is possible to obtain an result of partial satisfaction for all five disciplines studied, varying only a full agreement of the effective servants in the systemic thinking discipline. Therefore, it is concluded that using different modal bonds for the studied environment does not generate adverse effects on learning, even promoting a favorable environment for the process to occur.

El método utilizado fue un estudio de caso descriptivo, con un enfoque cuantitativo, y el instrumento de recolección de datos fue un cuestionario, respondido en base a la Escala Likert, por un universo censal de 10 (diez) empleados, con tratamiento y análisis. estadísticas de los datos presentados. Por lo tanto, después del tratamiento y análisis de los datos, se obtuvo un resultado de satisfacción parcial para las cinco disciplinas estudiadas, con una variación solo en relación con el pleno acuerdo de los funcionarios efectivos en la disciplina del pensamiento sistémico. Concluyendo, por lo tanto, que la existencia de diferentes vínculos modales en el entorno estudiado no genera efectos adversos en el aprendizaje, incluso permitiendo la promoción de un espacio favorable para que ocurra el proceso.O presente estudo buscou verificar a influência de diferentes vínculos modais de uma instituição pública federal no contexto da aprendizagem na organização, utilizando o modelo de pensamento de Peter Senge, idealizador do modelo das cinco disciplinas da aprendizagem. O método utilizado foi o estudo de caso, de caráter descritivo, com abordagem quantitativa, e o instrumento de coleta de dados um questionário, respondido com base na Escala de Likert, por um universo censitário de 10 (dez) colaboradores, com tratamento e análise estatística dos dados apresentados. Assim, após o tratamento e análise dos dados obteve-se um resultado de satisfação parcial para todas as cincos disciplinas estudadas, havendo uma variação apenas em relação à concordância plena dos servidores efetivos na disciplina de pensamento sistêmico.
