Resumo: | Objective: to report the experience of the members of the Extremoamor extension project, through health education actions for vulnerable pregnant women to avoid premature birth. Methodology: Experience report through educational actions in health using: conversation circles, dynamics and workshops, in places such as the CRAS of the city, High Risk and Hospital, with thematic divisions and among the members that make up the research body of the project, using creative and participatory strategies together with pregnant women. Result and discussion: The project was conceived and started actions in 2020 coordinated by a professor and nursing students linked to a private educational institution Faculty Gamaliel. The first works started were due to the month of Purple November, which is considered worldwide as the month alluding to prematurity. During 2020 and 2021, several educational lectures were developed in the primary, medium and high complexity care network for the target audience, covering topics related to prematurity, allowing for more information and developing a care look at the signs and symptoms that are indicative of prematurity. Take a premature birth as well as safety in the care of the baby in case the premature birth happens. Conclusion: Health education has been a very important tool for the prevention and reduction of the rates of health problems that are considered public health problems, bringing more information to the referring public. Therefore, the EXTREMOAMOR project has been achieving its objective by contributing to the prevention of premature birth. |

Metodología: Informe de experiencias a través de acciones educativas en salud utilizando: ruedas de conversación, dinámicas y talleres, en lugares como el cras de la ciudad, Alto Riesgo y Hospital, con divisiones temáticas y entre los miembros que componen escaneos del proyecto, utilizando estrategias creativas y participativas junto con mujeres embarazadas. Resultado y discusión: El proyecto fue concebido e iniciado las acciones en 2020 coordinadas por un profesor y también estudiantes de enfermería vinculados a una institución educativa privada Faculdade Gamaliel. Los primeros estudios iniciados se debieron al mes de noviembre Roxo, que es considerado a nivel mundial el mes alusivo a la prematuridad. Durante 2020 y 2021 se desarrollaron varias conferencias educativas en la red de atención primaria, de mediana y alta complejidad para el público objetivo que abarcan temas relacionados con la prematuridad, permitiendo más información y desarrollando una mirada a los signos y síntomas que son indicativos de tomar un parto prematuro así como la seguridad en el cuidado del bebé si ocurre un parto prematuro. Conclusión: La educación para la salud ha sido una herramienta de suma importancia para la prevención y reducción de las tasas de problemas de salud que se consideran problemas de salud pública, brindando mayor información al público referente. Por ello, el proyecto EXTREMEAMOR ha ido consiguiendo su objetivo contribuyendo a la prevención del parto prematuro.Objetivo: relatar a experiência das integrantes do projeto de extensão Extremoamor, através de ações de educação em saúde para gestantes vulneráveis para evitar parto prematuro. Metodologia: Relato de experiência através de ações educativas em saúde utilizando: rodas de conversas, dinâmicas e oficinas, em locais como os CRAS da cidade, Alto risco e Hospital, com divisões de temáticas e entre os integrantes que compõe o corpo de pesquisas do projeto, utilizando estratégias criativas e participativas juntamente com as gestantes. Resultado e discussão: O projeto foi idealizado e iniciou as ações no ano de 2020 coordenado por uma docente e também acadêmicos de enfermagem vinculados a uma instituição de ensino particular Faculdade Gamaliel. Os primeiros trabalhos iniciados foram em função do mês de novembro Roxo que é considerado mundialmente o mês alusivo a prematuridade. Durante o ano de 2020 e 2021 foram desenvolvidas várias palestras educativas na rede de atenção básica, média e alta complexidade para o público alvo abrangendo temas referentes à prematuridade, permitindo maiores informações e desenvolvendo um olhar de cuidados com os sinais e sintomas que são indicativos a levar um parto prematuro assim como a segurança nos cuidados do bebê caso o parto prematuro venha acontecer. Conclusão: A educação em saúde vem sendo uma ferramenta de suma importância para a prevenção e diminuição dos índices de agravos em saúde que são considerados problemas de saúde pública, trazendo maior informação ao público referente.
