Resumo: | The present work deals with the evolution of women in the labor market, focusing on the current situation of women in this environment. It can be said that women's work occurred in all times and places in the world, as women have always worked, even though this was not always the exercise of “professions”, they have always had domestic labors. Through the evolution of modern times, it can be said that women have increasingly conquered their spaces, however, this does not exempt them from difficulties. Before the establishment of subordination bonds between the sexes, societies were structured through equitable practices, a situation that has changed over time. Research has shown that women have gained more space in the labor market over the years, but however much the situation has evolved, it should not be forgotten that the wage gap still exists and is a problem. Many times, the woman is judged by the possible double journey, for getting pregnant and even for hormonal factors. And, even though they have higher qualifications, when thinking about higher education, they have several other daily challenges. Thus, it was concluded that companies currently should seek to employ men and women equally as an inclusion practice, but they should also seek to verify their professional qualifications, as these will dictate what someone can do professionally, benefiting the organization. |

Se puede decir que el trabajo femenino se dio en todos los tiempos y lugares del mundo, ya que las mujeres siempre han trabajado, aunque no siempre fue el ejercicio de “profesiones”, siempre han tenido que hacer las tareas del hogar. A través de la evolución de los tiempos modernos, se puede decir que la mujer, día a día, ha conquistado sus espacios, sin embargo, esto no la exime de dificultades. Antes del establecimiento de los lazos de subordinación entre los sexos, las sociedades se estructuraban a través de prácticas equitativas, situación que fue cambiando con el tiempo. Las investigaciones han demostrado que las mujeres han ganado más espacio en el mercado laboral a lo largo de los años, pero por mucho que haya evolucionado la situación, no se debe olvidar que la brecha salarial aún existe y es un problema. Muchas veces se juzga a la mujer por el posible doble viaje, por quedar embarazada e incluso por factores hormonales. Y, aunque tengan calificaciones más altas, cuando piensan en la educación superior, tienen varios otros desafíos diarios. Así, se concluyó que las empresas actualmente deben buscar emplear a hombres y mujeres por igual como práctica de inclusión, pero también deben buscar verificar sus calificaciones profesionales, ya que estas son las que dictarán lo que alguien puede hacer profesionalmente, beneficiando a la organización.O presente trabalho aborda sobre a evolução da mulher no mercado de trabalho, pautando sobre a conjuntura atual desta nesse meio. Pode-se dizer que o trabalho feminino ocorreu em todas as épocas e lugares do mundo, pois as mulheres sempre trabalharam, por mais que nem sempre isso fosse o exercício de “profissões”, elas sempre tiveram lides domésticas. Por meio da evolução dos tempos modernos, pode-se dizer que as mulheres têm, cada dia mais, conquistado seus espaços, porém, isso não as exime de dificuldades. Antes da instauração dos vínculos de subordinação entre os sexos, as sociedades se estruturavam por meio de práticas equitativas, situação esta que se transformou com o tempo. As pesquisas evidenciaram que a mulher tem ganhado mais espaço no mercado de trabalho ao longo dos anos, porém por mais que tenha evoluído a situação, não se deve esquecer que a diferença salarial ainda existe e é um problema. Muitas das vezes a mulher é julgada pela possível dupla jornada, por engravidar e até mesmo por fatores hormonais. E, ainda que possuam maior qualificação, quando se pensa em curso superior, têm diversos outros desafios cotidianos.
