Expressions spoken by vaccinated people: a moment of prevention

Resumo: The objective of this research was to understand and report the perception of adult workers at the time of vaccination. It was selected 33 adults to answer the questionnaire, with a quantitative and qualitative approach, which analyzed the speeches and phrases during the extra wall vaccination process. The interview comprised men and women over 18 years old. The results showed that the herd effect impacting on the immunization of adults in extra -wall vaccination with speeches referring to the process of pain and anguish associated with collective suffering. The most prominent of the expressions reported were "fear" and "agony". It is interesting to note that all expressions intrinsically carry a mixture of pain, fear, imposition, and dread, associated with the vaccination process and affective/traumatic memories from the population's past. The nursing professional in this perspective has an essential role as an educator and supervisor of the provision of health services in the vaccination room. As a professional who works directly with the population a nurse has the responsibility to demystify doubts about the effectiveness and possible adverse events resulting from vaccination, in order to strengthen the NIP and consequently promote greater adherence to the program.

Los 33 adultos seleccionados para el cuestionario, con enfoque cuantitativo y cualitativo, que analizó los discursos y frases durante el proceso de vacunación extra muros. La entrevista incluyó a hombres y mujeres mayores de 18 años. Los resultados demostraron que el efecto manada impactando en la imunización de los adultos en la vacunación extra parede con falas remetendo al proceso de dolor y angustia asociado al sofrimiento coletivo. Las expresiones más destacadas fueron "miedo" y "agonía". Es interesante observar que todas las expresiones llevan intrínsecamente una mezcla de dolor, miedo, imposición y temor, asociados al proceso de vacunación y a los recuerdos afectivos/traumáticos del pasado de la población. El profesional de enfermería en esta perspectiva tiene un papel esencial como educador y supervisor de la prestación de servicios sanitarios en la sala de vacunas. Como profesional que trabaja directamente con la población, tiene la responsabilidad de desmitificar las dudas sobre la eficacia y los posibles efectos adversos derivados de la vacunación, con el fin de reforzar el PNI y, en consecuencia, promover una mayor adhesión al programa.O objetivo desta pesquisa foi compreender e relatar a percepção dos adultos trabalhadores no momento da vacinação. Os 33 adultos selecionados para o questionário, com abordagem quantitativa e qualitativa, que analisou as falas e as frases durante o processo de vacinação extra muro. A entrevista compreendeu homens e mulheres acima de 18 anos. Os resultados demonstraram que o efeito manada impactando na imunização dos adultos em vacinação extra muro com falas remetendo ao processo de dor e angustia associado a sofrimento coletivo. O maior destaque das expressões relatadas foram “medo” e “agonia”. É interessante notar que todas as expressões carregam intrinsecamente uma mistura de dor, medo, imposição e pavor, associado ao processo de vacinação e memórias afetivas/traumáticas do passado da população. O profissional da enfermagem nessa perspectiva tem um papel essencial de educador e fiscalizador da prestação de serviços a saúde na sala de vacina.
