Development and validation of a CHECKLIST of cost-generating activities for the municipal instance of the immunobiologicals conservation cold chain

Resumo: | Objective: to develop and validate a checklist of cost-generating activities in the immunobiologicals conservation cold chain at the municipal level. Method: This is a methodological study, with a quantitative approach, which used the modified e-Delphi method to validate the activities. Twenty-three judges participated, including doctors, masters and specialists working at state, regional and municipal health levels. The content validation index and Cronbach's alpha coefficient were calculated to analyze the internal consistency of the checklist. Results: The checklist consists of 7 activities in the Transport and Receiving component, 18 in the activities in the Storage and Handling component and 2 activities in the Supervision and Continuing Education component. Considering all components, the checklist's total content validation index was 92.3%. Total internal consistency obtained a Cronbach's alpha coefficient value of 0.9534. Conclusion: The study provides a checklist of cost-generating activities of the municipal instance of the FC for the conservation of immunobiologicals that are reliable and with valid content, which may be useful to managers in the decision-making process for the allocation of financial resources. |

Método: Se trata de un estudio metodológico, con enfoque cuantitativo, que utilizó el método e-Delphi modificado para validar las actividades. Participaron veintitrés jueces, entre médicos, maestros y especialistas que trabajan a nivel de salud estatal, regional y municipal. Se calcularon el índice de validación de contenido y el coeficiente alfa de Cronbach para analizar la consistencia interna de la lista de verificación. Resultados: La lista de verificación consta de 7 actividades en el componente de Transporte y Recepción, 18 en las actividades del componente de Almacenamiento y Manipulación y 2 actividades en el componente de Supervisión y Educación Continua. Considerando todos los componentes, el índice de validación de contenido total de la lista de verificación fue del 92,3%. La consistencia interna total obtuvo un valor del coeficiente alfa de Cronbach de 0,9534. Conclusión: El estudio brinda una lista de verificación de las actividades generadoras de costos de la instancia municipal de la CF para la conservación de inmunobiológicos que sean confiables y con contenido válido, que puedan ser de utilidad a los gestores en el proceso de toma de decisiones para la asignación de recursos financieros.Objetivo: desenvolver e validar um checklist de atividades geradoras de custo, da cadeia de frio de conservação de imunobiológicos, na instância municipal. Método: Trata-se de um estudo metodológico(Polit & Yang, 2016)(Polit and Yang 2016)(Polit & Yang, 2016)(Polit & Yang, 2016), com abordagem quantitativa, que utilizou o método e-Delphi modificado para validação das atividades. Participaram 23 juízes entre doutores, mestres e especialistas atuantes nas instâncias estadual, regional e municipal de saúde. Foi calculado o índice de validação de conteúdo e o coeficiente alfa de Cronbach para analisar a consistência interna do checklist. Resultados: O checklist é composto por 7 atividades no componente Transporte e Recebimento, 18 nas atividades no componente Armazenamento e Manuseio e 2 atividades no componente Supervisão e Educação Permanente. Considerando todos os componentes, o índice de validação de conteúdo total do checklist foi 92,3 %. A consistência interna total obteve um valor de coeficiente Alfa de Cronbach de 0,9534.
