Communication process between the multidisciplinary team in the context of management in Primary Health Care: integrative review

Resumo: | Objective: To analyze the challenges and reflexes of communication between the multidisciplinary team in the context of management in Primary Health Care. Methodology: qualitative approach, integrative literature review type. Results and discussion: the total of 773 articles searched in repositories databases of articles in the health area, 46 studies were excluded due to duplicity and 12 studies were excluded because they did not allow free access through the link, six were chosen that answered the research question, after the thematic analysis, the following category was seized : challenges and reflexes of communication between a multidisciplinary team in the context of management in Primary Health Care (PHC). Conclusion: The main challenges identified were related to: communication difficulties; lack of instruments for the integration of federated entities; lack of effective mechanisms of interaction between in PHC “teams-management-users”, lack of knowledge on the part of managers regarding models and tools to improve communication that will reflect on the fluidity of information, facilitating dialogue between the actors that make up the PHC, also reflecting on the quality of management and service provided to users. Communication is shown to be closely related to the quality of services provided to the community, when legitimate and effective, communication contributes to the harmony and fluidity of information, facilitating dialogue between the actors that make up PHC, reflecting on the attention to users and quality. management, minimizing the challenges and enhancing the positive effects in the health area. |

Metodología: enfoque cualitativo, tipo revisión integrativa de la literatura. Resultados y discusión: del total de 773 artículos buscados en repositorios de bases de datos de artículos del área de la salud, 46 estudios fueron excluidos por duplicidad y 12 estudios fueron excluidos por no permitir el libre acceso a través del enlace, se escogieron seis que respondían a la pregunta de investigación, luego del análisis temático se captó la siguiente categoría: desafíos y reflexiones de la comunicación entre un equipo multidisciplinario en el contexto de la gestión en la Atención Primaria de Salud (APS). Conclusión: Los principales desafíos identificados estuvieron relacionados con: dificultades de comunicación; falta de instrumentos para la integración de las entidades federativas; falta de mecanismos efectivos de interacción entre en la APS “equipos-dirección-usuarios”, desconocimiento por parte de los gestores de modelos y herramientas para mejorar la comunicación que reflejen la fluidez de la información, fácil diálogo entre los actores que componen el APS, reflexionando también sobre la calidad de la gestión y del servicio prestado a los usuarios. La comunicación se muestra íntimamente relacionada con la calidad de los servicios prestados a la comunidad, cuando legítimamente eficaz, la comunicación y la fluidez contribuyen a la fácil armonía y diálogo entre los actores que componen la APS, reflejándose en la atención a los usuarios y la calidad de la gestión, minimizando los desafíos y potenciando los efectos positivos en el área de la salud.Objetivo: Analisar os desafios e reflexos da comunicação entre a equipe multidisciplinar no contexto da gestão na atenção básica. Metodologia: abordagem qualitativa, tipo revisão integrativa da literatura. Resultados e discussão: Do total de 773 artigos pesquisados em bases de dados repositórios de artigos da área da saúde, 46 estudos foram excluídos por duplicidade e 12 estudos foram excluídos por não permitirem acesso gratuito pelo link, elegeu-se seis que respondia a questão de pesquisa, após a análise temática apreendeu-se a seguinte categoria: desafios e reflexos da comunicação entre equipe multidisciplinar no contexto da gestão na atenção básica (AB). Conclusão: Os principais desafios identificados estiveram relacionados a: dificuldade de comunicação; carência de instrumentos para integração dos entes federados; falta de mecanismos efetivos de interação entre “equipes-gestão-usuários” da AB, carência de conhecimento por parte dos gestores quanto a modelos e ferramentas para melhorar a comunicação que vão refletir na fluidez das informações, facilitando o diálogo entre os atores que integram a AB, além da qualidade da gestão e do atendimento prestado aos usuários.
