Teacher education in science and mathematics education: the current deviations of the profession in the structural crisis of capital

Resumo: The training of teachers is an essential part for the realization of the objective of education, considering that the teacher is the agent responsible for the transmission of knowledge, it is necessary that the teacher has access to good training. Thus, in order to analyze the training of teachers for teaching chemistry, a bibliographic review was made to analyze the importance of adequate training in the light of Marxist thoughts. With an approach to the public school system, more specifically of students from the 1st grade of High School, in which the difficulty that these students bring with knowledge already acquired in previous grades is verified, this reflects in the difficulty of learning more specific content that has as prerequisite basic subjects that the students were not able to master at the Fundamental Level. It is possible to observe the lack of teacher training, so it is necessary to analyze how education is inserted in the capitalist system, what is the role, the role that education plays in this system in which we live. To this end, it relies on the arguments of several authors who share a common basis: equality between all, a society without distinction between classes, with everyone being treated in the same way, and with the same rights and duties.

Así, para analizar la formación de los docentes para la enseñanza de la química, se realizó una revisión bibliográfica para analizar la importancia de una formación adecuada a la luz de los pensamientos marxistas. Con un enfoque del sistema de escuelas públicas, más específicamente de estudiantes del primer grado de la escuela secundaria, en el que se verifica la dificultad que estos estudiantes traen con el conocimiento ya adquirido en los grados anteriores, esto se refleja en la dificultad de aprender contenido más específico que tiene prerrequisito materias básicas que los estudiantes no pudieron dominar en el nivel fundamental. Es posible observar la falta de capacitación docente, por lo que es necesario analizar cómo se inserta la educación en el sistema capitalista, cuál es el papel, el papel que juega la educación en este sistema en el que vivimos. Para este fin, se basa en los argumentos de varios autores que comparten una base común: igualdad entre todos, una sociedad sin distinción entre clases, con el trato a todos de la misma manera y con los mismos derechos y deberes.A formação dos professores é parte essencial para a efetivação do objetivo da educação, tendo em vista que o docente é o agente responsável pela transmissão de conhecimento é necessário que este tenha acesso a uma boa formação.  Com uma aproximação a rede pública de ensino, mais especificamente de alunos das 1ª séries do Ensino Médio, em que se verifica a dificuldade que esses alunos trazem de conhecimentos já adquiridos em séries anteriores. Que reflete na dificuldade de aprender conteúdos mais específicos que tem como pré-requisito assuntos bases que os alunos não conseguiram ter domínio no Nível Fundamental. Pode-se observar a carência na formação docente, desta forma faz-se necessário analisar como a educação é inserida no sistema capitalista, qual o papel, a função que a educação desempenha neste sistema ao qual se vive.
