Resumo: Optimizing means creating more favorable conditions, or making the best possible use of a situation. On a construction site, optimization would be a way of investing in organization, planning and location of materials, equipment and employees. That is, always objectively seeking to perform all tasks in the best possible way, that is, with rational use of available resources such as labor, physical resources and financial resources, always managing so that everything is in the best place among the options. Always taking into account the specific routine of your construction site, that is, the reality of construction. The objective of this article was to highlight errors and successes in a library work, which can be highlighted through logistical methods. When analyzing all the points of the construction site and its layout, it is observed that the work in question was able to meet most of the observed points of the methodology used.

En un sitio de construcción, la optimización sería una forma de invertir en organización, planificación y ubicación de materiales, equipos y empleados. Es decir, buscando siempre objetivamente realizar todas las tareas de la mejor manera posible, es decir, con un uso racional de los recursos disponibles como mano de obra, recursos físicos y recursos financieros, siempre gestionando para que todo esté en el mejor lugar entre las opciones. Siempre teniendo en cuenta la rutina específica de su obra, es decir, la realidad de la construcción. El objetivo de este artículo fue resaltar los errores y aciertos en un trabajo bibliotecario, que pueden ser resaltados a través de métodos logísticos. Al analizar todos los puntos del sitio de construcción y su disposición, se observa que la obra en cuestión logró cumplir con la mayoría de los puntos observados de la metodología utilizada.Otimizar significa criar condições mais favoráveis, ou tirar o melhor partido possível de uma situação. Em um canteiro de obras, a otimização seria uma maneira de investir em organização, planejamento e localização de materiais, equipamento e funcionários. Isto é, sempre buscando objetivamente realizar todas as tarefas da melhor maneira possível, ou seja, com uso racional de recursos disponíveis como a mão de obram recursos físicos e recursos financeiros, sempre manejando para que tudo fique no melhor local dentre as opções. Sempre levando em consideração a rotina específica do seu canteiro de obras, ou seja, a realidade da construção. O objetivo deste artigo foi evidenciar erros e acertos em uma obra de uma biblioteca, que podem ser destacados através de modos logísticos.
