Occurrence of self-reported enrollment with disabilities at the Universidade Federal do Pampa

Resumo: The aim of this paper was the investigation about enrollment of self-reported students with disabilities (PWD) at the Universidade Federal do Pampa (UNIPAMPA) with the perspective of supporting future studies and inclusion policies. The methodology consisted of reflections from the data compilation to the selection process, from 2006 to 2018, they are obtained from the Pro-rectory of Graduation of UNIPAMPA and its websites. The results represent the occurrence of enrollments of self-declared enrollees PWD, in relation to the total number of enrollments in UNIPAMPA, for the period from 2006 to 2018, corresponds to 8.64%.In this context, it should be noted that in the period from 2011 to 2014, the self-reported enrollment PWD rate, in relation to the total number of enrollments was 7.40%. This event is attributed to affirmative action policies of UNIPAMPA, with quotas system for candidates with disabilities. It has started in 2015, there was a significant decrease in this index, where UNIPAMPA started to offer 3,120 total vacancies, with 2.02% of these vacancies to self-declared PWD according to the Term of Acceptance to the Student Selection System (SiSU). Considering the above, it is possible to conclude that national inclusive public policies gave access to higher education, including in UNIPAMPA. However, the challenges remain for public policies that regulate teacher education, development and didactic-pedagogical accompaniment of demands of teaching the subject matter.

However, the challenges remain for public policies that regulate teacher education, development and didactic-pedagogical accompaniment of demands of teaching the subject matter.El presente artículo tuvo como objetivo investigar la ocurrencia de registros de estudiantes autodeclarados personas com discapacidad (PCD) em la Universidad Federal do Pampa (UNIPAMPA) com la perspectiva de subsidiar futuros estúdios y políticas de inclusión.La metodologia consta de reflexiones a partir de La compilación de datos relativos al processo selectivo, período  2006 – 2018, junto ala Pro Rectoría de Graduación de la UNIPAMPA y em lossitios electrónicos de la misma institución. Los resultados expresan que la ocurrencia de registros de ingresantes autodeclarados PCD, em relación al número total de registros enla UNIPAMPA, referente al período 2006-2018, corresponde a 8,64%. En este contexto, destacase que el período de 2011-2014, el índice de ingresantes autodeclarados PCD, enrelación al número total de registros fue de 7,40%. Atribuyese tal hecho decorriente de las políticas de acciones afirmativas de la UNIPAMPA, conla reserva de cuotas para candidatos com discapacidad. A partir delaño 2015 sucedió significativa disminuición en el referido índice, em la que UNIPAMPA pasó a ofertar 3.120 cupostotales, con 2,02% de estes cupos a los estudiantes autodeclarados PCD, em conformidad com el Acuerdo de Adhesión al Sistema de Selección (SiSU). Considerando el expuesto, es posible concluir que las políticas públicas inclusivas nacional espermitenelacceso de PDC a la Enseñanza Superior, incluso en la UNIPAMPA, aunque, permanecen los desafíos a las políticas públicas que regule La formación docente, el desarrollo y acompañamiento didático-pedagógico de  demandas de educación del tema em cuestión.O presente trabalho teve por objetivo investigar sobre a ocorrência de matrículas de discentes autodeclarados pessoas com deficiência (PcD) na Universidade Federal do Pampa (UNIPAMPA) com a perspectiva de subsidiar futuros estudos e políticas de inclusão. A metodologia constou de reflexões a partir da compilação de dados relativos ao processo seletivo, período de 2006 a 2018, obtidos junto à Pró-reitoria de Graduação da UNIPAMPA e em sítios eletrônicos dessa mesma instituição. Os resultados expressam que a ocorrência de matrículas de ingressantes autodeclarados PcD, em relação ao número total de matrículas na UNIPAMPA, relativo ao período do ano de 2006 a 2018, corresponde a 8,64 %. Neste contexto, destaca-se que no período de 2011 a 2014, o índice de ingressantes autodeclarados PcD, em relação ao número total de matrículas foi de 7,40%. Atribui-se tal evento decorrente de políticas de ações afirmativas da UNIPAMPA, com a reserva de cotas para candidatos com deficiência. A partir do ano 2015 ocorreu significativo decréscimo no referido índice, onde a UNIPAMPA passou a ofertar 3.120 vagas totais, com 2,02% destas vagas à autodeclarados PcD, conforme o Termo de Adesão ao SiSU.
