Implementation of a vertical garden and mixed vegetable garden at the Nossa Senhora Divina Pastora Municipal Elementary School, in the municipality of Junqueiro – AL

Resumo: The vertical garden is a gardening method that allows plants to grow suspended from the surface, taking up little space and the mixed garden is a living laboratory available for different didactic activities. When inserted in the school environment, it enables the development of the students' teaching-learning process, providing them with the opportunity to learn environmental values. The objective of this work was to make a vertical garden through the reuse of recyclable objects, providing a healthier life, and to install a mixed garden where it provides a set of advantages to the school community, such as the approach to themes related to Environmental Education. The project served students with Deafness, Cerebral Palsy, Intellectual Disability, Down Syndrome, aiming for them to be able to intervene in the local reality in order to contribute to the reformulation of thoughts of the authors involved. The implementation of vegetable gardens, vertical and mixed, was implemented from August 2018 to February 2019, at the Nossa Senhora Divina Pastora Elementary School, located in the municipality of Junqueiro - AL. Due to the aforementioned facts, the creation of the vertical garden and the mixed vegetable garden stimulated the motor skills of students with special needs. In which teaching strategies were created for the curricular subjects that involve Environmental Education. Putting into practice the importance of the garden and vegetable garden in the use of recyclable materials, seeking interaction between the students involved, with the environment and plants.

Cuando se inserta en el ambiente escolar, posibilita el desarrollo del proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje de los estudiantes, brindándoles la oportunidad de aprender valores ambientales. El objetivo de este trabajo fue realizar un jardín vertical a través de la reutilización de objetos reciclables, brindando una vida más saludable, e instalar un jardín mixto donde brinde un conjunto de ventajas a la comunidad escolar, como el acercamiento a temas relacionados con el Medio Ambiente. Educación. El proyecto atendió a estudiantes con sordera, parálisis cerebral, discapacidad intelectual, síndrome de Down, buscando que puedan intervenir en la realidad local para contribuir a la reformulación del pensamiento de los autores involucrados. La implementación de huertas, verticales y mixtas, se realizó de agosto de 2018 a febrero de 2019, en la Escuela Primaria Nossa Senhora Divina Pastora, ubicada en el municipio de Junqueiro - AL. Debido a los hechos mencionados, la creación del jardín vertical y la huerta mixta estimuló la motricidad de los alumnos con necesidades especiales. En el cual se crearon estrategias didácticas para las materias curriculares que involucran la Educación Ambiental. Poner en práctica la importancia de la huerta y la huerta en el uso de materiales reciclables, buscando la interacción de los alumnos involucrados, con el medio ambiente y las plantas.O jardim vertical é um método de jardinagem que permite que as plantas cresçam suspensa da superfície ocupando pouco espaço, a horta mista é um laboratório vivo disponível a diferentes atividades didáticas. Quando inseridas no ambiente escolar possibilitam o desenvolvimento do processo de ensino aprendizagem dos alunos, proporcionando a oportunidade de aprender valores ambientais. O trabalho teve como objetivo confeccionar uma horta vertical por meio da reutilização de objetos recicláveis, e instalar uma horta mista para proporciona um conjunto de vantagens à comunidade escolar, como à abordagem de temas relacionados à educação ambiental. O projeto atendeu alunos com surdez, paralisia cerebral, deficiência intelectual e síndrome de Down, almejando que fossem capazes de intervir na realidade local de modo a contribuir na reformulação de pensamentos dos autores envolvidos. A implantação das hortas, vertical e mista aconteceu no mês de agosto de 2018 à fevereiro de 2019, na Escola Municipal de Ensino Fundamental Nossa Senhora Divina Pastora, localizada no município de Junqueiro – AL. Em virtude dos fatos supracitados, a criação do jardim vertical e da horta mista estimulou a capacidade motora dos alunos com necessidades especiais, através de estratégias de ensino para as disciplinas curriculares que envolvem Educação Ambiental.
