Resumo: The present work aims to answer the question about what is the influence of the knowledge of statistics in the learning about Occupations and Salaries for students of a Higher Course of Technology in Human Resources Management in a Private Education Institution of the city of São Paulo? In order to answer this question, the following general objective was established: to analyze basic statistical knowledge used in the classroom in the study on salary research and, specifically, to understand the learning styles of the students, proposing actions aligned to the profile of these students. In terms of methodology, this article has a qualitative approach, in an exploratory-descriptive order, since it aims to obtain definitions, descriptions, expositions and information about a circumstance, identifying the present relations between the factors that compose it and the subjects involved. In spite of the qualitative nature, the ILS (Index of Learning Styles) questionnaire, by Felder and Soloman (1991), was also used to classify the learning styles of the subjects involved in the work and to determine the learning styles of the subjects. two classes worked.

Con el fin de responder a esta cuestión, se estableció el siguiente objetivo general: analizar conocimientos básicos de estadística utilizados en el aula en el estudio sobre investigación salarial y, de forma específica, entender los estilos de aprendizaje de los alumnos, proponiendo acciones alineadas al perfil de aprendizaje de estos estudiantes. En lo que se refiere a la metodología, el presente artículo tiene un enfoque de cuño cualitativo, de orden exploratorio-descriptivo, pues se anhela obtener definiciones, descripciones, exposiciones e informaciones sobre una circunstancia, identificando las relaciones presentes entre los factores que la componen y los sujetos involucrados. A pesar de la naturaleza cualitativa, se utilizó también el cuestionario ILS (Índice de estilo de aprendizaje), de Felder y Soloman (1991), para clasificar los estilos de aprendizaje de los sujetos involucrados en el trabajo y determinar los estilos de aprendizaje de las personas dos grupos trabajados.O presente trabalho almeja responder à questão acerca de qual é a influência do conhecimento de estatística na aprendizagem sobre Cargos e Salários para alunos de um Curso Superior de Tecnologia em Gestão de Recursos Humanos em uma Instituição de Ensino privada da cidade de São Paulo? Com o intuito de responder a esta questão, foi estabelecido o seguinte objetivo geral: analisar conhecimentos básicos de estatística utilizados em sala de aula no estudo sobre pesquisa salarial e, de forma específica, entender os estilos de aprendizagem dos alunos, propondo ações alinhadas ao perfil de aprendizagem desses estudantes. No que se refere à metodologia, o presente artigo possui uma abordagem de cunho qualitativo, de ordem exploratório-descritiva, pois almeja-se obter definições, descrições, exposições e informações sobre uma circunstância, identificando as relações presentes entre os fatores que a compõem e os sujeitos envolvidos.
