Accounting entrepreneurship skills: perspectives of accounting sciences academics

Resumo: The study aimed to demonstrate the perspectives of Accounting students at Unitins on entrepreneurial skills. To this end, we sought to identify the existence of 10 entrepreneurial skills in a sample of 40 students. For this, a questionnaire with an internal consistency of Cronbach's alpha above 0.8 was used, as a data collection instrument structured in 10 blocks of questions that collect the level of agreement in a 5-point lirket scale, each block being corresponding to a type of competency. The results show that all skills were present in the students, but some were more present than others. Such variations can cause positive effects, but most of these occurrences emerge under negative effects to the emergence and maintenance of new enterprises. This interpretation was only possible after a detailed investigation based on the review of studies, since the investigation of the quantitative analysis of the results did not efficiently demonstrate the degree of manifestation of competences.

Para ello, se buscó identificar la existencia de 10 habilidades emprendedoras en una muestra de 40 estudiantes. Para ello se utilizó un cuestionario con una consistencia interna del alfa de Cronbach superior a 0,8, como instrumento de recogida de datos estructurado en 10 bloques de preguntas que recogen el nivel de acuerdo en una escala de lirket de 5 puntos, correspondiendo cada bloque a un tipo de competencia. Los resultados muestran que todas las habilidades estaban presentes en los estudiantes, pero algunas estaban más presentes que otras. Tales variaciones pueden causar efectos positivos, pero la mayoría de estas ocurrencias surgen bajo efectos negativos para el surgimiento y mantenimiento de nuevas empresas. Esta interpretación solo fue posible después de una investigación detallada basada en la revisión de estudios, ya que la investigación del análisis cuantitativo de los resultados no demostró de manera eficiente el grado de manifestación de las competencias.O estudo teve o objetivo demonstrar as perspectivas dos acadêmicos de Ciências Contábeis da Unitins sobre as competências empreendedoras. Para este fim, buscou-se identificar a existência de 10 competências empreendedoras em uma amostra de 40 estudantes. Para isso, utilizou-se de um questionário com consistência interna de Alfha de Cronbach acima de 0,8, como instrumento de coleta de dados estruturado em 10 blocos de questões que coletam o nível de concordância em escala Likert de 5 pontos, sendo cada bloco correspondente a um tipo de competência. Os resultados demonstram que todas as competências se mostraram presente nos estudantes, porém algumas se mostraram mais presente que outras. Tais variações podem ocasionar efeitos positivos, mas a maior parte dessas ocorrências emerge sob efeitos negativos ao surgimento e manutenção de novos empreendimentos.
