This is the period of time from delivery until the mother's reproductive organs return to their pre-pregnancy state. Objective: This study aims to outline the profile of puerperal patients at USF Canada, USF Maria Luiza and USF Pioneiros Catarinense, who were followed up during the year 2020, in addition to elucidating their influencing factors for mental and behavioral disorders in this period. Method: Observational, cross-sectional, descriptive study, with analysis of the medical records of the Family Health Units Canada, Maria Luiza and Pioneiros Catarinenses, in the year 2020. The variables analyzed were: age group, past pathological history, family history, breastfeeding. Results: the predominant profile in the present study was composed of women between 25 and 33 years old, followed by patients aged between 34 and 42 years old, in the analyzed period. The most frequent influencing factor was previous depression. Regarding family history and breastfeeding, it was not possible to clearly define a statistical relationship between this influencing factor and the study in question.
