Resumo: | This article will share an experience report resulting from the realization of an Intervention Project elaborated during the discipline of Management of Nursing Assistance in the Basic Health Network developed in a Family Health Strategy of a municipality in the interior of RS. Initially, some situations-problems that stood out in the context of the unit, after some reflections were performed, aimed to re-evaluate the flow of collection of bronchial secretion (sputum) in patients with suspected pulmonary tuberculosis biliary in the FHT. With the accomplishment of a bibliographical research linked to the intervention proposal, it was realized that the complexity of the tuberculosis situation requires a shared approach by several health professionals and the decentralization of care with strengthening of the involvement of basic attention. need of the professionals to be able to attend to this population stratum contributing to the integrality and humanization in the assistance, as well as the satisfaction of the user. |

En el momento en que se iniciaron algunas reflexiones, se objetivó reevaluar el flujo de la colecta de secreción bronquial (esputo) en pacientes con sospechas de tuberculosis pulmonar bacílifera en la referida ESF. Con la realización de investigación bibliográfica vinculada a la propuesta de intervención se percibió que la complejidad de la situación de la tuberculosis requiere un enfoque compartido por varios profesionales de la salud y la descentralización de la atención con fortalecimiento de la participación de la atención básica, además, la necesidad de los profesionales estar capacitados para atender a este estrato poblacional contribuyendo para la integralidad y humanización en la asistencia, así como la satisfacción del usuario.Este artigo compartilhará um relato de experiência resultante da realização de um Projeto de Intervenção elaborado durante a disciplina de Gestão da Assistência de Enfermagem na Rede Básica de Saúde desenvolvida em uma Estratégia Saúde da Família de um município do interior do RS. Inicialmente elencou-se algumas situações-problemas que destacaram-se no contexto da unidade, após, realizadas algumas reflexões, objetivou-se reavaliar o fluxo da coleta de secreção brônquica (escarro) em pacientes com suspeita de tuberculose pulmonar bacílifera na referida ESF.
