Resumo: | The aim of this study was to conduct a systematic review of the literature on Burnout Syndrome in first-responder professionals in the Covid-19 pandemic in Brazil. For this, PMC, PUBMED, BVS and Scielo databases were searched, according to the PRISMA methodology. Out of the 738 studies located, two met the inclusion criteria. Physical and emotional exhaustion were identified in the studies, along with the prevalence of signs and symptoms of the Burnout Syndrome. The evidence, albeit still scarce, points to exhaustion of these professionals. Strategies to manage or identify possible signs and symptoms related to mental health suffering at work are necessary. |

Research, Society and Development2022-04-20info:eu-repo/semantics/articleinfo:eu-repo/semantics/publishedVersionapplication/pdfhttps://rsdjournal.org/index.php/rsd/article/view/2866810.33448/rsd-v11i6.28668Research, Society and Development; Vol. 11 No. 6; e6511628668Research, Society and Development; Vol. 11 Núm. 6; e6511628668Research, Society and Development; v. 11 n. 6; e65116286682525-3409reponame:Research, Society and Developmentinstname:Universidade Federal de Itajubá (UNIFEI)instacron:UNIFEIporhttps://rsdjournal.org/index.php/rsd/article/view/28668/24991Copyright (c) 2022 Silvana Alberton; Tagley Cristina Morás; Guilherme Welter Wendt; Dalila Moter Benvegnú; Franciele Ani Caovilla Follador; Claudicéia Risso Pascotto; Léia Carolina Lucio; Lirane Elize Defante Ferretohttps://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0info:eu-repo/semantics/openAccessAlberton, SilvanaMorás, Tagley Cristina Wendt, Guilherme WelterBenvegnú, Dalila MoterFollador, Franciele Ani CaovillaPascotto, Claudicéia RissoLucio, Léia CarolinaFerreto, Lirane Elize Defante 2022-05-13T18:04:10Zoai:ojs.pkp.sfu.ca:article/28668Revistahttps://rsdjournal.org/index.php/rsd/indexPUBhttps://rsdjournal.org/index.php/rsd/oairsd.articles@gmail.com2525-34092525-3409opendoar:2024-01-17T09:45:59.554292Research, Society and Development - Universidade Federal de Itajubá (UNIFEI)false |
