Resumo: | This article deals with a study on the consequences of Neoliberalism aimed at public education policies in Brazil. Thus, the general objective of this research is to analyze how Neoliberalism was able to influence the insertion of educational public policies in that State. As a research methodology, a bibliographic study was used based on the theoretical knowledge of Merquior, Locke, Bobbio, Harvey, Konder, Freitas, Miranda, among others. From this perspective, the research result demonstrated, based on the classics, and in a brief reflection, that the historicity in which Neoliberalism was forged represents an instigating scenario, and that through political articulations a new history for educational public policies was being unveiled in the eyes of the citizen, which led, therefore, to reflect on aspects of contemporary education from the perspective of the Brazilian State. Finally, it was found that this study enabled a discussion and visualization of developments on contemporary reality, paying attention to the changes in social policy in education, attributed to the policy of the neoliberal State. |

Así, el objetivo general de esta investigación es analizar cómo el Neoliberalismo logró influir en la inserción de las políticas públicas educativas en ese Estado. Como metodología de investigación se imputó un estudio bibliográfico basado en los conocimientos teóricos de Merquior, Locke, Bobbio, Harvey, Konder, Freitas, Miranda, entre otros. En esta perspectiva, el resultado de la investigación demostró desde los clásicos, y en una breve reflexión, que la historicidad en la que se forjó el Neoliberalismo representa un escenario instigador, y que a través de las articulaciones políticas se estaba develando una nueva historia para las políticas públicas educativas en el ojos del ciudadano, lo que llevó, por lo tanto, a reflexionar sobre aspectos de la educación contemporánea en la perspectiva del Estado brasileño. Finalmente, se verificó que este estudio permitió una discusión y visualización de desarrollos sobre la realidad contemporánea, prestando atención a los cambios en la política social en educación, atribuidos a la política del Estado neoliberal.O presente artigo trata de um estudo sobre os reflexos do Neoliberalismo voltado para as políticas públicas da educação no Brasil. Desse modo, o objetivo geral dessa pesquisa é analisar de que maneira o Neoliberalismo foi capaz de influenciar a inserção das políticas públicas educacionais no referido Estado. Como metodologia de pesquisa, imputou-se um estudo de cunho bibliográfico com base nos conhecimentos teóricos de Merquior, Locke, Bobbio, Harvey, Konder, Freitas, Miranda, dentre outros. Nessa perspectiva, o resultado da pesquisa demonstrou a partir dos clássicos, e em uma breve reflexão, que à historicidade na qual o Neoliberalismo foi forjado representa um cenário instigante, e que através de articulações políticas uma nova história para as políticas públicas educacionais foi sendo desvelado aos olhos do cidadão, o que levou, por conseguinte, a refletir sobre os aspectos da educação contemporânea na perspectiva do Estado Brasileiro.
