Flowering and engagement at work: a study under the view of the Alpha hospital team

Resumo: | The objective of this study was to identify whether there is a relationship between engagement and flourishing in the work of the employees of Hospital Alpha located in the Northwest Region of the State of Rio Grande do Sul. of development, a progressive state of satisfaction and well-being at work, while engagement at work refers to a situation of satisfaction with the activities carried out. These themes are still little explored together, but they are relevant in the context of the work. We conducted a survey with the Hospital Alpha team. Data collection was performed using a research instrument that was divided into three parts. Data analysis and interpretation was performed using the SPSS® Software. The sample was classified as flowering, showing no index of low flowering, only medium and high. In the aspect of engagement at work, only the absorption dimension had a low index. In general, Hospital Alpha professionals have medium and high levels of engagement. This new way of analyzing individuals and the organizational environment, called engagement and flourishing, can be used as an organization strategy to carry out activities in different areas of organizations. |

This new way of analyzing individuals and the organizational environment, called engagement and flourishing, can be used as an organization strategy to carry out activities in different areas of organizations.El objetivo de este estudio fue identificar si existe una relación entre el compromiso y el florecimiento en el trabajo de los empleados del Hospital Alpha ubicado en la Región Noroeste del Estado de Rio Grande do Sul. de desarrollo, un estado progresivo de satisfacción y bienestar en el trabajo, mientras que el compromiso en el trabajo se refiere a una situación de satisfacción con las actividades realizadas. Estos temas aún se exploran poco juntos, pero son relevantes en el contexto del trabajo. Realizamos una encuesta con el equipo del Hospital Alpha. La recopilación de datos se realizó utilizando un instrumento de investigación que se dividió en tres partes. El análisis e interpretación de los datos se realizó con el software SPSS®. La muestra se clasificó como floración, sin mostrar índice de floración baja, solo media y alta. En el aspecto del compromiso en el trabajo, solo la dimensión de absorción tenía un índice bajo. En general, los profesionales de Hospital Alpha tienen niveles de compromiso medios y altos. Esta nueva forma de analizar a las personas y el entorno organizacional, llamada compromiso y florecimiento, puede usarse como una estrategia de la organización para llevar a cabo actividades en diferentes áreas de las organizaciones.O objetivo deste estudo foi identificar se há relação entre o engajamento e o florescimento no trabalho dos funcionários do Hospital Alpha localizado na Região Noroeste do Estado do Rio Grande do Sul. Considera-se como florescimento o indivíduo que se encontra em uma situação de prosperidade, de desenvolvimento, um estado progressivo de satisfação e bem-estar no trabalho, já o engajamento no trabalho remete à uma situação de satisfação com as atividades realizadas. Estes temas ainda são pouco explorados em conjunto, mas são relevantes no contexto do trabalho. Realizamos um levantamento (Survey) com a equipe do Hospital Alpha. A coleta de dados foi realizada utilizando um instrumento de pesquisa que se dividiu em três partes. A análise e interpretação dos dados foi realizada utilizando o Software SPSS®. A amostra foi enquadrada como florescida, não evidenciando nenhum índice de baixo florescimento, apenas de médio e alto. No aspecto engajamento no trabalho apenas a dimensão absorção apresentou baixo índice. De maneira geral, os profissionais do Hospital Alpha possuem níveis de médio e alto engajamento.
