Preceptorship: host of the student in the basic health care

Resumo: This article presents an integrative literature review about preceptorship and the reception of health's students in primary health care. The objective was to verify how preceptors welcome students during their internship, and how they receive the information for a better use of the internship. CAPES Journal website was used to access LILACS and SCIELO databases where 48 studies were found, published between 2005 and 2015. The inclusion criteria were original studies that mentioned preceptorship, actuation of preceptors and the reception of students during internship. The exclusion criteria were literature review, reflexive texts, duplicate articles and summaries. After analysis, 38 studies were excluded, remaining 10 studies. In the studies used different forms of reception were found to the undergraduate student, but no document that the preceptors can follow to receive the student. Through this work it's possible to see the need of more studies and publications that would help the preceptors, so that they can have a theoretical basis for the reception of the students who will carry out the internship, helping in a better use and development of the same.

El objetivo fue verificar las diferentes formas que los estudiantes de graduación del área de salud son recibidos en los campos de prácticas, cuáles y cómo reciben las informaciones para un mejor aprovechamiento de la etapa. Se utilizó el Portal de Periódicos CAPES accediendo a las bases de datos LILACS y SCIELO, donde fueron encontrados 48 estudios, publicados entre 2005 y 2015. Los criterios de inclusión fueron estudios originales que abordas sobre preceptoria, actuación de la preceptoria y la recepción del académico en el campo de prácticas. Los criterios de exclusión fueron estudios de revisión de literatura, artículos reflexivos, artículos duplicados y resúmenes. Después del análisis fueron excluidos 38, siendo utilizados 10 estudios. En los estudios utilizados se encontraron diferentes formas de recepción al estudiante de graduación, pero ningún documento que los preceptores puedan seguir para recibir al estudiante. A través de este trabajo se ve la necesidad de más estudios y publicaciones para auxiliar a los preceptores, a fin de que puedan tener una base teórica para la recepción de los alumnos que realizarán el estadio, auxiliando en un mejor aprovechamiento y desarrollo.Este artigo apresenta uma revisão integrativa de literatura sobre preceptoria e a recepção do estudante de graduação da área da saúde na atenção primária em saúde no início do estágio. O objetivo foi verificar as diferentes formas que os estudantes de graduação da área de saúde são recepcionados nos campos de estágio, quais e como recebem as informações para um melhor aproveitamento do estágio. Foi utilizado o Portal de Periódicos CAPES acessando as bases de dados LILACS e SCIELO, onde foram encontrados 48 estudos, publicados entre 2005 e 2015. Os critérios de inclusão foram estudos originais que abordassem sobre preceptoria, atuação da preceptoria e a recepção do acadêmico no campo de estágio. Os critérios de exclusão foram estudos de revisão de literatura, artigos reflexivos, artigos duplicados e resumos. Após análise foram excluídos 38, sendo utilizados 10 estudos. Nos estudos utilizados foram encontradas diferentes formas de recepção ao estudante de graduação, mas nenhum documento que os preceptores possam seguir para recepcionar o estudante.
