Resumo: | Soybean is a crop of great economic importance for Brazil, being the main crop of Brazilian agribusiness. For this reason, soybean is exploited in genetic breeding programs, which aim to make available cultivars with high grain yield and adaptability to the different farming regions. The objective of this work was to select F6 soybean lines with high yield, besides favorable traits for the municipality of Chapadão do Sul, in Brazilian Cerrado. The experiments were carried out in the experimental area of the Federal University of Mato Grosso do Sul, Campus of Chapadão do Sul-MS, in the 2017/2018 and 2018/2019 harvests. Forty-eight F6 lines and six commercial cultivars were evaluated in augmented block design, with six replicates for each control. In the first experiment (2017/2018 harvest), the following variables were evaluated: number of days for maturity (cycle), and grain yield (PROD, kg ha-1). In the second experiment (2018/2019 harvest), the variables evaluated were: main stem diameter (DHP, cm), mass of hundred grains (MCG, g), and PROD. The coefficients of variation were less than 10%, indicating higher homogeneity between the data and low random variation. The index ( ) used here has provided agronomic gains in the desired direction for most traits, except DHP. The lines: L4, L16, L18, L23, L25, L30, L31, L32, L40 and L47 stand out as superior genotypes in the selection, with respect to yield in the two years, MCG, and cycle shortening. |

Por esta razón, esta leguminosa es explotada en programas de mejoramiento genético, que tienen como objetivo hacer disponibles cultivares de granos de alta productividad y adaptabilidad a las diferentes regiones productoras de este cultivo. El objetivo de este trabajo fue seleccionar líneas de soja F6 de alta productividad, además de características favorables para la ciudad de Chapadão do Sul, en el Cerrado Brasileño. Los experimentos se llevaron a cabo en el área experimental de la Universidad Federal de Mato Grosso do Sul, Campus de Chapadão do Sul-MS, en las cosechas de 2017/2018 y 2018/2019. Se evaluaron 48 líneas F6 y seis cultivares comerciales en una delineación de bloques aumentados, con seis repeticiones para cada testigo. En el primer experimento (cosecha 2017/2018) se evaluaron las siguientes variables: número de días para la maduración (ciclo) y productividad de los granos (PROD, kg ha-1). En el segundo experimento (cosecha 2018/2019), las variables evaluadas fueron: el diámetro del tallo principal (DHP, cm), la masa de cien granos (MCG, g) y el PROD. Los coeficientes de variación fueron inferiores al 10%, lo que indica una mayor homogeneidad entre los datos y una baja variación aleatoria. El índice ( ) utilizado en este trabajo proporcionó ganancias agronómicas en la dirección deseada para la mayoría de los personajes, con la excepción de DHP. Las líneas: L4, L16, L18, L23, L25, L30, L31, L32, L40 y L47 se destacan como genotipos superiores en la selección, con respecto a la productividad en los dos años, MCG y reducción del ciclo.A soja é uma cultura de grande importância econômica para o Brasil, sendo a principal cultura do agronegócio brasileiro. Avaliaram-se 48 linhagens F6 e seis cultivares comerciais em delineamento de blocos aumentados, com seis repetições para cada testemunha. No primeiro experimento (safra 2017/2018) foram avaliadas as seguintes variáveis: número de dias para maturação (ciclo) e produtividade de grãos (PROD, kg ha-1), no segundo experimento (safra 2018/2019), as variáveis avaliadas foram: diâmetro da haste principal (DHP, cm), massa de cem grãos (MCG, g) e PROD. Os coeficientes de variação foram inferiores a 10%, indicando maior homogeneidade entre os dados e baixa variação ao acaso. O índice () utilizado neste trabalho proporcionou ganhos agronômicos no sentido desejado para a maioria dos caracteres, com exceção do DHP.
