Understanding and teacher participation in BNCC'S process and processing

Resumo: This article discusses the understanding and participation of a group of teachers of the Early Years related to the Common National Curriculum Base (BNCC), during the course of its course. This is a qualitative research that is developed through a case study, whose subjects are 17 teachers of the 4th and 5th grade of elementary school in a city in the interior of Rio Grande do Sul. The data were produced through a questionnaire. semi-structured categorized according to the principles of Bardin's Content Analysis (2009) and the theoretical contribution of Libêneo (2010, 2011), Aguiar and Dourado (2018), in addition to the BNCC itself (Brazil, 2017) and other legislations. Through data analysis were organized: the first refers to the profile of teachers; The second emphasizes the participation and studies carried out during the process of building the BNCC. the third highlights, from the teacher's point of view, elements of information about the BNCC; and the fourth, shows the teachers' knowledge about the Natural Sciences section. Most teachers participated in the public consultation process and expressed information consistent with the disclosure of the BNCC. However, there is a need to broaden and deepen such knowledge, regarding the effective content of the theoretical and methodological foundation of the BNCC and specifically the area of Natural Sciences.

Esta es una investigación cualitativa que se desarrolla a través de un estudio de caso, cuyas asignaturas son 17 docentes de cuarto y quinto grado de primaria en una ciudad del interior de Rio Grande do Sul. Los datos se obtuvieron mediante un cuestionario. semiestructurada categorizada según los principios del Análisis de contenido de Bardin (2009) y la contribución teórica de Libiliar (2010, 2011), Aguiar y Dourado (2018), además del propio BNCC (Brasil, 2017) y otras leyes. A través del análisis de datos se organizaron: el primero se refiere al perfil de los docentes; El segundo enfatiza la participación y los estudios realizados durante el proceso de construcción del BNCC. el tercero destaca, desde el punto de vista del profesor, elementos de información sobre el BNCC; y el cuarto, muestra el conocimiento de los profesores sobre la sección de Ciencias Naturales. La mayoría de los maestros participaron en el proceso de consulta pública y expresaron información consistente con la divulgación del BNCC. Sin embargo, existe la necesidad de ampliar y profundizar dicho conocimiento, con respecto al contenido efectivo de los fundamentos teóricos y metodológicos del BNCC y específicamente del área de Ciencias Naturales.Este artigo discute entendimentos e a participação de um grupo de docentes dos Anos Iniciais relacionados à Base Nacional Comum Curricular (BNCC), durante o período de sua tramitação. Trata-se de uma pesquisa qualitativa que se desenvolve através de um estudo de caso, cujos sujeitos são 17 docentes do 4º e 5º ano do Ensino Fundamental de um município do interior do Rio Grande do Sul. Os dados foram produzidos por meio de um questionário semiestruturado categorizado seguindo os princípios da Análise de Conteúdo de Bardin (2009) e o aporte teórico de Libâneo (2010, 2011), Aguiar e Dourado (2018), além da própria BNCC (Brasil, 2017) e demais legislações. Por meio da análise dos dados foram organizados: o primeiro se refere ao perfil dos docentes; o segundo enfatiza a participação e os estudos realizados durante o processo de construção da BNCC; o terceiro destaca, sob o ponto de vista dos docentes, elementos de informação sobre a BNCC; e o quarto, evidencia o conhecimento dos docentes sobre a seção de Ciências da Natureza. Constata-se que a maioria dos docentes participou do processo de consulta pública e expressa informações condizentes com a divulgação da BNCC.
