Resumo: | This study has the purpose of demonstrating the importance of the management of solid waste from construction, exposing the importance of the Solid Waste Management Plan and presenting the benefits and advantages of the Solid Waste Management Plan for the work, the construction industry generates tons of solid waste every year, where the vast majority of these wastes are disposed of inappropriately and without concern for the environment. In addition to the exacerbated and exorbitant production of waste, there is still an increase in the cost of materials due to the lack of management of the waste, which results in waste and, consequently, the dumping and accumulation of solid waste in nature. The research was carried out by carrying out the bibliographic review in authors who have already discussed and researched the subject. It was concluded at the end of writing that the implementation of the Civil Construction Waste Management Plan is perfectly viable for civil construction and the benefits go from a reduction of 50% to 96% in solid waste generation per month in the works construction. This represents gains for the company and for the environment. |

This represents gains for the company and for the environment.Este estudio tiene la finalidad de demostrar la importancia de la gestión de los residuos sólidos provenientes de la construcción civil, exponer la importancia del Plan de Gestión de residuos sólidos y presentar los beneficios y ventajas del Plan de Gestión de residuos sólidos para la obra, el sector de la construcción civil genera toneladas de Residuos Sólidos cada año, donde la gran mayoría de estos residuos son descartados de forma inadecuada y sin preocupación por el medio ambiente. Además de la producción exacerbada y exorbitante de los residuos, existe aún el aumento en el costo de los materiales por la falta de gestión de éstos, lo que genera desperdicio, consecuentemente, volcado y acumulación de residuos sólidos en la naturaleza. La realización de la investigación fue hecha a través de la realización de la revisión bibliográfica en autores que ya discurren e investigó sobre el tema. Se concluyó al final de la escritura, que la implantación del Plan de Gestión de Residuos de la Construcción Civil, es perfectamente viable para la construcción civil y los beneficios van desde una reducción del 50% al 96% en la generación de residuos sólidos por mes en las obras de construcción civil. Esto representa ganancias para la empresa y para el medio ambiente.Este estudo tem a finalidade de demonstrar a importância do gerenciamento dos resíduos sólidos oriundos da construção civil, expor a importância do Plano de Gerenciamento de resíduos sólidos e apresentar os benefícios e vantagens do Plano de Gerenciamento de resíduos sólidos para a obra, uma vez que, o setor da construção civil gera toneladas de Resíduos Sólidos todos os anos, onde a grande maioria destes resíduos são descartados de forma inadequada e sem preocupação com o meio ambiente. Além da produção exacerbada e exorbitante dos resíduos, existe ainda o aumento no custo dos materiais pela falta de gerenciamento destes, o que gera desperdício, conseqüentemente, despejo e acúmulo de resíduos sólidos na natureza. A realização da pesquisa foi feita através da realização da revisão bibliográfica em autores que já discorrem e pesquisaram sobre o tema. Concluiu-se ao final da escrita, que a implantação do Plano de Gerenciamento de Resíduos da Construção Civil, é perfeitamente viável para a construção civil e os benefícios vão de uma redução de 50% a 96% na geração de resíduos sólidos por mês nas obras de construção civil.
