Resumo: Objective: To develop a bundle-shaped Educational Technology on immunobiological conservation to assist continuing education practices in the vaccine room at the local level. Methodology: Methodological study, directed to the vaccine room of a School Health Center, located in Belém-PA, from September to November 2019. For the elaboration, a bibliographic survey on immunobiological conservation was carried out. Data analysis was performed from the grouping and organization of the information collected in an electronic spreadsheet structured in the Microsoft Excel program® 2010. Results: Based on the analysis, the themes to be highlighted in the bundle were defined, being: correct form of storage and administration of immunobiologicals; how to correctly perform the measurement of the temperature of the immunological; in addition to the contingency plan. Conclusion: Good practices in immunobiological storage are presented as ensuring the effectiveness of immunization.

Metodología: Estudio metodológico, dirigido a la sala de vacunas de un Centro Escolar de Salud, ubicado en Belém-PA, de septiembre a noviembre de 2019. Para la elaboración, se llevó a cabo una encuesta bibliográfica sobre conservación inmunobiológica. El análisis de datos se realizó desde la agrupación y organización de la información recopilada en una hoja de cálculo electrónica estructurada en el programa Microsoft Excel® 2010. Resultados: Sobre la base del análisis, se definieron los temas a destacar en bundle, siendo: forma correcta de almacenamiento y administración de inmunobiológicos; cómo realizar correctamente la medición de la temperatura del inmunológico; además del plan de contingencia. Conclusión: Se presentan buenas prácticas en el almacenamiento inmunobiológico como garantizar la eficacia de la inmunización.Objetivo: Elaborar uma Tecnologia Educacional, em forma de bundle, sobre conservação de imunobiológicos para auxiliar as práticas de educação permanente em sala de vacina em nível local. Metodologia: Estudo metodológico, direcionado para sala de vacina de um Centro Saúde Escola, localizado em Belém-PA, nos meses de setembro a novembro de 2019. Para a elaboração, foi realizado o levantamento bibliográfico sobre conservação de imunobiológicos. A análise de dados foi realizada a partir do agrupamento e organização das informações coletas em uma planilha eletrônica estruturada no programa Microsoft Excel® 2010. Resultados: Com base na análise, definiram-se os temas a serem destacados no bundle, sendo: forma correta de armazenamento e de administração dos imunobiológicos; como realizar de forma correta a medição da temperatura dos imunológicos; além do plano de contingência.
