Resumo: The work is a form of social interaction, produces the result of its skills in the daily practical construction, but experiencing the traffic phenomenon also produces physical and psychological effects on drivers, this research aims to discuss the impacts generated by traffic on the health of bus drivers, this study is phenomenological qualitative was carried out with 24 bus drivers and obeyed the ethical and legal specifications of CNS Resolution 466/12, approved by the Ethics and Research Committee (CEP) Faculty of Medicine of the Fluminense Federal University (UFF), CAAE no. 64110016.2.0000.5243. Two categories emerged in this study: traffic is unstable and stressful and people's lack of education affects psychic aspects. The work environment significantly determines the well-being of the workers who work in it. It is necessary to consider the subject in his singularity. Improving ergonomics and psychological support to workers are tools for health promotion, and should not be neglected.

Improving ergonomics and psychological support to workers are tools for health promotion, and should not be neglected.El trabajo es una forma de interacción social, produce el resultado de sus habilidades en la construcción práctica diaria, pero experimentar el fenómeno del tráfico también produce efectos físicos y psicológicos sobre los conductores, esta investigación tiene como objetivo discutir los impactos generados por el tráfico en la salud de los conductores de autobuses, este estudio es cualitativo fenomenológico se llevó a cabo con 24 conductores de autobuses y obedeció las especificaciones éticas y legales de la Resolución 466/12 del CNS, aprobada por el Comité de Ética e Investigación (CEP) Facultad de Medicina de la Universidad Federal de Fluminense (UFF), CAAE No. 64110016.2.0000.5243. En este estudio surgieron dos categorías: el tráfico es inestable y estresante y la falta de educación de las personas afecta a los aspectos psíquicos. El entorno de trabajo determina significativamente el bienestar de los trabajadores que trabajan en él. Es necesario considerar el tema en su singularidad. Mejorar la ergonomía y el apoyo psicológico a los trabajadores son herramientas promoción de la salud, y no debe ser descuidado.O trabalho é uma forma de interação social, produz o resultado de suas habilidades na construção prática diária, porém vivenciar o fenômeno trânsito produz também efeitos físicos e psicológicos nos motoristas, esta pesquisa tem como objetivo discutir os impactos gerados pelo trânsito à saúde dos motoristas de ônibus, este estudo é qualitativo fenomenológico foi realizado com 24 motoristas de ônibus e obedeceu as especificações éticas e legais da Resolução CNS 466/12, aprovado pelo Comitê de ética e pesquisa (CEP) da Faculdade de Medicina da Universidade Federal Fluminense(UFF), CAAE nº 64110016.2.0000.5243. Emergiram duas categorias neste estudo: o trânsito é instável e estressante e a falta de educação das pessoas afeta os aspectos psíquicos. O ambiente de trabalho determina, expressivamente, o bem-estar dos trabalhadores que nele atuam. Necessário é considerar o sujeito em sua singularidade.
