Reflections on collaborative learning and the use of ICT (TIC) in professional and technological education

Resumo: The present study discourses about the different possibilities of collaborative learning for students of the professional and technological education, from the use of tools coming from the information and communication technologies, ICT (TIC), which enable the creation of new educational tempo and spaces. The study presents, as a central problem, the high amount of timetables in vocational high school technical courses and the need to explore virtual spaces considering education in the current moment. The main purpose of it is to reflect and discuss the importance of collaborative learning for professional and technological education based on the use of information and communication technologies in commencement procedures. The present article adopts a qualitative methodological approach, as the sources of investigation, resulting to be characterized as a study of a bibliographic review therefore using secondary indirect documentary sources. The theoretical foundation of the research is divided into three parts: a) The Definition of collaborative learning; b) The Collaborative learning and, ICT(TIC); c) The Collaborative learning for Vocational school education. The study's conclusions point out that collaborative production tools available on the internet, such as those present on Google, can significantly contribute to the creation of new forms of knowledge production, based on collaboration, dialogue and the search for consensus.

El estudio presenta, como problemática central, la gran carga académica de los cursos técnicos integrados al nivel secundario y la necesidad de explorar los espacios virtuales con la educación en el contexto actual. El objetivo del presente artículo es reflexionar y discutir la importancia del aprendizaje colaborativo para la formación profesional y tecnológica a partir del uso de las tecnologías de la información y comunicación en los procesos de formación. El presente artículo adopta un enfoque metodológico cualitativo, de manera que, en relación a las fuentes de investigación, se caracteriza por un estudio de revisión bibliográfica, usando fuentes documentales indirectas secundarias. El aporte teórico de la investigación se divide en tres partes: a) Definición del aprendizaje colaborativo; b) Aprendizaje colaborativo y TIC; c) Aprendizaje colaborativo y educación profesional y tecnológica. Las conclusiones del estudio señalan que las herramientas de producción colaborativa disponibles en internet, como en Google, pueden contribuir significativamente a la creación de nuevas formas de producción de conocimiento, basadas en la colaboración, el diálogo y la búsqueda de consenso.O presente estudo versa sobre as diferentes possibilidades de aprendizagem colaborativa dos educandos da educação profissional e tecnológica (EPT) integrada ao ensino médio, a partir da utilização de ferramentas oriundas das tecnologias da informação e comunicação (TIC), que possibilitam a criação de novos tempos e espaços educacionais. O estudo apresenta como problemática central a elevada carga horária dos cursos técnicos de nível médio integrado e a necessidade de exploração de espaços virtuais com uma educação no contexto atual. O objetivo é refletir e discutir sobre a importância da aprendizagem colaborativa para educação profissional e tecnológica a partir do uso de tecnologias da informação e comunicação nos processos formativos. O presente artigo adota uma abordagem metodológica qualitativa, sendo que em relação às fontes de investigação caracteriza-se como estudo de revisão bibliográfica, utilizando-se de fontes documentais indiretas secundárias. O aporte teórico da pesquisa divide-se em três partes: a) Definição de aprendizagem colaborativa; b) Aprendizagem colaborativa e as TIC; c) Aprendizagem colaborativa e a educação profissional e tecnológica.
