Stratification of Vunerability Level to coronavirus disease (COVID-19) in particular areas of Family Health Strategy in the city of Crato, Ceará

Resumo: | To stratify the level of vulnerability related to the new coronavirus in families of particular areas of two Strategies of Family Health (SFH) and describe preventive interventions performed along with families in more risk. It is about a study descriptive transversal held in Crato, Ceara, Brazil, during the months from april to july 2020. In one of the SFH, 512 families were qualified according to its level of vulnerability, considering that, 74 (14,4%) were high level, 285 (55,7%) medium level and 153 (29,9%) low level. In the second SFH were qualified 253 families being 19 (7,5%) of high level, 149 (58,9%) medium level and 85 (33,6%) low level of vulnerability. The intervention along with more vulnerable families took place through home visits and educational actions, based on the level of vulnerability and aimed at the most vulnerables families. The study of vulnerability related to the new coronavirus in the territory justified the elaboration of preventive interventions of informative purposes. |

Estratificar el grado de vulnerabilidad relacionada al nuevo coronavirus en las famílias del território adscrito de dos Estrategias de la salud de la Familia (ESF) y describir intervenciones de prevención realizadas junto a las familias más vulnerables. Se trata de un estudio descriptivo transversal realizado en la ciudad de Crato, Ceará, Brasil, durante los meses de abril a julio de 2020. En una de las ESF, 512 familias fueron clasificadas de acuerdo con su grado de vulnerabilidad, siendo que, 74 (14,4%) eran de alto grado, 285 (55,7%) médio grado y 153 (29,9%) bajo grado. En la segunda ESF fueron clasificadas 253 famílias siendo 19 (7,5%) de alto grado, 149 (58,9%) médio grado y 85 (33,6%) en el bajo grado de vulnerabilidad. La intervencion junto a las familias más vulnerables ocurrio a través de visitas domiciliares y acciones educativas, basao em el grado de vulnerabilidade y dirigido a las famílias más vulnerables. El estudio de la vulnerabilidade está relacionada al nuevo coronavirus en el território explicó la elaboracion de intervenciones preventivas de carácter formacion.Estratificar o grau de vulnerabilidade relacionada ao novo coronavirus nas famílias do território adscrito de duas Estratégias Saúde da Família (ESF) e descrever intervenções preventivas realizadas junto às famílias mais vulneráveis. Trata-se um estudo descritivo transversal, realizado no município de Crato, Ceará, Brasil, durante os meses de abril a julho de 2020. Em uma das ESF, 512 famílias foram classificadas de acordo com seu grau de vulnerabilidade, sendo que, 74 (14,4%) eram de alto grau, 285 (55,7%) médio grau e 153 (29,9%) baixo grau. Na segunda ESF foram classificadas 253 famílias sendo 19 (7,5%) de alto grau, 149 (58,9%) médio grau e 85 (33,6%) no baixo grau de vulnerabilidade. A intervenção junto às famílias mais vulneráveis ocorreu através de visitas domiciliares e ações educativas, baseada no grau de vulnerabilidade e direcionada às famílias mais vulnerabilidade.
