Resumo: | This study aims to identify, from national and international scientific literature, the prevalence of depressive symptoms and related factors in primary health care workers. An integrative review was carried out in November 2022 in the LILACS, MEDLINE, CINAHL and Scopus databases. Initially, 2209 articles were identified, in which 14 productions were included as a sample. Evidence showed a prevalence of depressive symptoms that ranged from 11% to 55.6%. The presence of these symptoms was related to factors such as professional exhaustion, situations of violence at work and performance in the COVID-19 pandemic. The results allow the development of coping strategies for the problem. For this, it is essential to advance in the scientific field that allow a deeper understanding of the subject and its impacts on workers' health. The objective is to guarantee the attention and health promotion of these professionals, contributing to the improvement of the assistance provided by them, their quality of life and work. |

Se realizó una revisión integradora en noviembre de 2022 en las bases de datos LILACS, MEDLINE, CINAHL y Scopus. Inicialmente se identificaron 2209 artículos, en los cuales se incluyeron como muestra 14 producciones. La evidencia mostró una prevalencia de síntomas depresivos que osciló entre el 11% y el 55,6%. La presencia de estos síntomas se relacionó con factores como el agotamiento profesional, las situaciones de violencia en el trabajo y el desempeño en la pandemia de COVID-19. Los hallazgos permiten el desarrollo de estrategias de afrontamiento del problema. Para ello, es fundamental avanzar en el campo científico que permita una comprensión más profunda del tema y sus impactos en la salud de los trabajadores. El objetivo es garantizar la atención y promoción de la salud de estos profesionales, contribuyendo a la mejora de la asistencia prestada por ellos, su calidad de vida y de trabajo.Este estudo apresenta como objetivo identificar, a partir da literatura científica nacional e internacional, a prevalência de sintomas depressivos e fatores relacionados em trabalhadores de saúde da atenção primária. Foi realizada uma revisão integrativa em novembro de 2022 nas bases de dados LILACS, MEDLINE, CINAHL e Scopus. Inicialmente foram identificados 2209 artigos, onde 14 produções foram incluídas como amostra. As evidências apontaram uma prevalência de sintomas depressivos que variou de 11% a 55,6%. A presença desses sintomas esteve relacionada à fatores como esgotamento profissional, situações de violência no trabalho e atuação na pandemia da COVID-19. Os achados possibilitam que estratégias de enfrentamento para o problema sejam desenvolvidas. Para isso, é fundamental avanços no campo científico que possibilitem um maior aprofundamento sobre o tema e seus impactos na saúde do trabalhador.
