Virtual Environment Room as a Didactic Resource for Learning Pathologies Associated with Helicobacter pylori from the Perspective of Medical Students

Resumo: This study composes the master's dissertation entitled virtual environment room as a didactic resource for teaching pathologies associated with Helicobacter pylori, however, it presents a cut in the view of medical students from a Higher Education Institution in the interior of the State of Rio de Janeiro. Participated in this study 116 students who, based on the results of the pre-test, on their previous knowledge about the pathologies associated with H. pylori, participated in a planned and adapted workshop based on the stages of significant learning by David Ausubel adapted by Marco Antônio Moreira. Then, the same initial questionnaire was applied at the post-test moment, to analyze the assimilation from the established interaction, finally, the didactic instrument went through the validation process with the students that was built from the Theory of Elaboration of Psychological Scales from Pasquali. As a result, it was found that the educational product helps to reduce the difficulties linked to the way of understanding and presenting the content on the pathologies associated with H. pylori, offering safety in the medical prescription, with technical perceptions and accuracy.

Participaron en este estudio 116 estudiantes que, a partir de los resultados del pretest, de sus conocimientos previos sobre las patologías asociadas a H. pylori, participaron en un taller planificado y adaptado basado en las etapas del aprendizaje significativo de David Ausubel adaptado por Marco Antonio Moreira. Luego, se aplicó el mismo cuestionario inicial en el momento del post-test, para analizar la asimilación a partir de la interacción establecida, finalmente, el instrumento didáctico pasó por el proceso de validación con los estudiantes que se construyó a partir de la Teoría de Elaboración de Escalas Psicológicas de Pasquali. Como resultado, se constató que el producto educativo ayuda a reducir las dificultades vinculadas a la forma de comprender y presentar el contenido sobre las patologías asociadas a H. pylori, ofreciendo seguridad en la prescripción médica, con percepciones técnicas y precisión.Esse estudo compõe a dissertação de mestrado intitulada sala ambiente virtual como recurso didático para ensino de patologias associadas ao Helicobacter pylori, no entanto, apresenta um recorte na visão dos discentes de medicina de uma Instituição de Ensino Superior do interior do Estado do Rio de Janeiro. Participaram desse estudo 116 discentes que a partir dos resultados do pré-teste, sobre seus conhecimentos prévios acerca das patologias associadas ao H. pylori, participaram de um workshop planejado e adaptado com base nas etapas da aprendizagem significativa de David Ausubel adaptada por Marco Antônio Moreira. Em seguida, foi aplicado o mesmo questionário inicial no momento pós-teste, para analisar a assimilação proveniente da interação estabelecida, por fim, o instrumento didático passou pelo processo de validação junto aos discentes que fora construído a partir da Teoria de Elaboração de Escalas Psicológicas de Pasquali.
