Resumo: The present study aims to identify the total municipal expenditures with drugs, correlating the expenditures with the pharmaceutical. Pharmaceutical care has receiving increasing attention from governments, institutions and professionals from around the world both by increased spending on health as the demand is growing, and the resources are finite to ensure comprehensive health care of the citizens, the study in question, used data from secondary sources for the study of government procurement with the primary purpose of a comparison between municipal expenses in the same region, the spending on drugs in a general context is about 30-40% of the health budget Nominations found in this study suggest that spending on the Pharmaceutical Assistance program whose acquisitions are the responsibility of the Ministry of Health and centralized in the EU, showed a significant increase from 2010 to 2015. We analyzed preliminarily the size of spending, not effectiveness these Software.

La asistencia farmacéutica ha merecido una creciente atención por parte de gobernantes, instituciones y profesionales de todo el mundo tanto por el aumento de los gastos de salud como por la demanda que son crecientes, y los recursos que son finitos para garantizar una asistencia integral a la salud de los ciudadanos. El estudio en cuestión utilizó datos de fuentes secundarias para el estudio de las compras gubernamentales con el objetivo principal de obtener una comparación entre los gastos municipales de la misma región. El gasto en medicamentos, en un contexto general representa alrededor del 30 al 40% del presupuesto en salud. Las indicaciones encontradas por este trabajo sugieren que los gastos en el programa de Asistencia Farmacéutica cuyas adquisiciones son de competencia del Ministerio de Salud y centralizadas en la Unión, presentaron un aumento expresivo, entre 2010 a 2015. Se analizó preliminarmente la dimensión de gastos, y no la eficacia en estos programas.O presente trabalho tem como objetivo identificar os gastos municipais totais com medicamentos, correlacionando os gastos com assistência farmacêutica. A assistência farmacêutica tem merecido crescente atenção por parte de governantes, instituições e profissionais de todo o mundo tanto pelo aumento dos gastos com saúde quanto pela demanda que são crescentes, e os recursos que são finitos para garantir uma assistência integral à saúde dos cidadãos. O estudo em questão utilizou dados de fontes secundarias para o estudo das compras governamentais com o intuito principal de obter uma comparação entre os gastos municipais da mesma região. O gasto com medicamentos, em um contexto geral representa cerca de 30 a 40% do orçamento em saúde. As indicações encontradas por este trabalho sugerem que os gastos no programa de Assistência Farmacêutica cujas aquisições são de competência do Ministério da Saúde e centralizadas na União, apresentaram aumento expressivo, entre 2010 a 2015.
