Resumo: The article seeks to study the property and cultural landscape through a case study of the Manzo Nigunzo Kaiango Quilombola Community, from district Santa Efigênia, in the city of Belo Horizonte,in the State of Minas Gerais, Brazil. Based on the history of recognition of property and recognition of the community’s intangible heritage by the municipality, there is a reflection on which elements of the urban quilombola landscape would serve as objective requirements for recognition and seal of the quilombola cultural landscape. The dialectical method will be used, with use and criticism ofOrdinance IPHAN No. 127 of April 30, 2009, with a case study.

A partir de la historia de reconocimiento de la propiedad y reconocimiento del patrimonio inmaterial de la comunidad por parte del municipio, se reflexiona sobre qué elementos del paisaje urbano quilombola servirían como requisitos objetivos para el reconocimiento y sello del paisaje cultural quilombola. Se utilizará el método dialéctico, con uso y crítica de la Ordenanza IPHAN N° 127 del 30 de abril de 2009, con un estudio de caso.O artigo busca estudar sobre a propriedade e a paisagem cultural por meio de estudo de caso da Comunidade Quilombola Manzo Nigunzo Kaiango, do Bairro Santa Efigênia, na cidade de Belo Horizonte, no Estado de Minas Gerais, Brasil.
