Systematic review: use of the BIM concept in projects of the electricity sector over the (Inter)National scenarios

Resumo: | The BIM is a project management concept widely used in the new methodologies of the AECO areas, this involves adaptation of the most modern resources in computational technologies, implying digital design and best practices in project operation, whatever phases it applies to. Even though the BIM widespread at AECO, it is speculated the concept is still little adopted in projects in the electric energy sector. By forming an evident interest in the adoption of BIM in the electric sector, this work has intended to highlight this discussion, adopting a strategy based on the evaluation of academic research proposals aimed at adopting the concept in projects in the electricity sector, involving a (Inter)National context. To this intent, the work aims to provide the reader with a basic understanding of the BIM concept; and next, carry out a systematic review of the academic literature on the use of BIM in the electricity sector, by solving a methodology of search, selection, and inclusion of the materials leading them to the research data, which have to be classified on the level of maturity in use of BIM, while analysis activities provide evidence and discussion on the data. However, with the performance of analysis activities on some modeling of the review data, it was possible to highlight situations in the evaluated period. It was about the use of BIM in the electric sector involving information on nationality and recent chronology, even in addition to other attributes inherent to the data of the study. |

Aunque, mismo con la difusión de BIM en AECO, se especula que el concepto aún está poco adoptado en los proyectos del sector de energía eléctrica. Así, apropiándose del interés evidente en el estudio sobre la adopción de BIM en el sector eléctrico, este trabajo tiene como objetivo resaltar esta discusión, adoptando una estrategia basada en la evaluación de propuestas de investigación académica dirigidas a la adopción del concepto en proyectos en sector eléctrico, a un contexto (Inter)Nacional. Para ello, el trabajo pretende proporcionar al lector una comprensión básica del concepto BIM; y realizar una revisión sistemática de la literatura académica sobre el uso de BIM en sector eléctrico, resolviendo una metodología para búsqueda, selección e inclusión de materiales llevándolos a los datos de investigación, los cuales deben clasificarse según el nivel de madurez empleando BIM, mientras que las actividades de análisis sobre los mismos proporcionan evidencia/discusión de los datos. Sin embargo, con la realización de actividades de análisis sobre algunas modelaciones de los datos de la revisión, fue posible destacar situaciones en el período evaluado, sobre el uso de BIM en el Sector Eléctrico, involucrando información sobre nacionalidad y cronología reciente, además de otros atributos inherentes a los datos del estudio.O BIM é um conceito de gerenciamento de projetos bastante empregado nas novas metodologias das áreas da AECO, isso envolve a adequação dos recursos mais modernos da tecnologia computacional, proporcionando o projeto digital e implica melhores práticas na operação do projeto, seja à quais fases se aplica. No entanto, mesmo com a difusão do BIM na AECO, especula-se que o conceito ainda seja pouco adotado em projetos do setor de energia elétrica. Dessa forma, apropriando evidente interesse no estudo sobre a adoção do BIM no setor elétrico, este trabalho tem por objetivo evidenciar esta discussão, adotando uma estratégia baseada na avaliação de propostas de pesquisas acadêmicas voltadas à adoção do conceito em projetos do setor elétrico, sobre um contexto (Inter)Nacional. Para tanto, o trabalho tem propósito em apropriar o leitor a um entendimento básico sobre o conceito BIM; e, realizar um material de revisão sistemática da literatura acadêmica sobre o uso do BIM no setor elétrico, resolvendo uma metodologia para a busca, seleção e inclusão dos materiais conduzindo-os aos dados da pesquisa, os quais devem ser classificados ao nível de maturidade no emprego do BIM, enquanto que, as atividades de análise sobre os mesmos providenciam a evidência e discussão dos dados.
