Resumo: | This study deals with the use of information and communication technologies (ICTs) in the routines of teachers of classes in the 2nd year of initial grades of Elementary School in the Municipality of Fortaleza. Its objectives are to evaluate the use of Google tools to automate the production of learning reports in the mentioned classes; demonstrate the evaluation process in the 2nd year classes of the initial years in the schools of the Municipality of Fortaleza; describe Google tools that enable the automation of the evaluation process; and to identify educators' perceptions about the use of technology in this assessment routine. For that, a qualitative research was used as a methodology through bibliographical consultation between books and scientific articles that promote reflection on themes related to information and communication technologies, learning evaluation and pedagogical practice, and also an action research with professional educators from three municipal schools to collect their impressions on carrying out work routines, the evaluation process, from a manual and digital perspective. The results point to the perception that, in the automatic system for producing learning reports, the execution of this routine occurs quickly and efficiently, proving the relevance of ICTs for facilitating pedagogical practice. |

Sus objetivos son evaluar el uso de las herramientas de Google para automatizar la producción de informes de aprendizaje en las clases mencionadas; demostrar el proceso de evaluación en las clases de 2º año de los años iniciales en las escuelas del Municipio de Fortaleza; describir las herramientas de Google que permiten la automatización del proceso de evaluación; e identificar las percepciones de los educadores sobre el uso de la tecnología en esta rutina de evaluación. Para ello, se utilizó como metodología una investigación cualitativa a través de la consulta bibliográfica entre libros y artículos científicos que promuevan la reflexión sobre temas relacionados con las tecnologías de la información y la comunicación, la evaluación del aprendizaje y la práctica pedagógica, así como una investigación acción con educadores profesionales de tres escuelas municipales para recoger sus impresiones sobre la realización de rutinas de trabajo, el proceso de evaluación, desde una perspectiva manual y digital. Los resultados apuntan para la percepción de que, en el sistema automático de producción de informes de aprendizaje, la ejecución de esa rutina ocurre de manera rápida y eficiente, demostrando la relevancia de las TIC para facilitar la práctica pedagógica.Este estudo trata da utilização das tecnologias da informação e comunicação (TIC’s) nas rotinas de professores de turmas do 2º ano de séries iniciais do Ensino Fundamental da Prefeitura Municipal de Fortaleza. Tem como objetivos avaliar o uso das ferramentas Google para a automatização da produção de relatórios de aprendizagem nas turmas mencionadas; demonstrar o processo avaliativo nas turmas de 2º ano dos anos iniciais nas escolas da Prefeitura Municipal de Fortaleza; descrever ferramentas Google que possibilitem a automatização do processo avaliativo; e identificar as percepções dos educadores sobre a utilização da tecnologia nessa rotina de avaliação. Para tanto, utilizou-se como metodologia uma pesquisa qualitativa através da consulta bibliográfica entre livros e artigos científicos que promovem a reflexão sobre as temáticas ligadas às tecnologias da informação e comunicação, avaliação da aprendizagem e a prática pedagógica e, ainda, uma pesquisa-ação com profissionais educadores de três escolas municipais para a coleta de suas impressões sobre a realização das rotinas de trabalho, o processo avaliativo, na perspectiva manual e digital.
