Theoretical-philosophical conceptions in the training of graduate students in nursing

Resumo: The study aims to reflect on the experience lived by graduate students in nursing in a discipline of theoretical-philosophical conceptions in the process of caring in nursing and health. This is a descriptive reflection study, developed from the experiences of master students in a discipline of a postgraduate program in nursing, in the southern region of Brazil, which took place from March to July 2019. Those in charge run three centers: Philosophy in the Health and Nursing Care Process; Currents of Thought in the Health and Nursing Area; Philosophy in the Training of Nursing Graduate Students. The reflection enabled the identification of the competence importance of the theoretical-philosophical conceptions of the health and nursing care process and its contribution to professional training. It is concluded that the theoretical-philosophical conceptions are based as an important element in the training of graduate students in nursing, valuing a philosophical reflection as a knowledge construction strategy.

Se trata de un estudio de reflexión descriptiva, desarrollado a partir de las experiencias de estudiantes de maestría en una disciplina de un programa de posgrado en enfermería, en la región sur de Brasil, que se llevó a cabo de marzo a julio de 2019. Los responsables dirigen tres centros: Filosofía en el Proceso de Atención de Salud y Enfermería; Corrientes de pensamiento en el área de la salud y la enfermería; Filosofía en la formación de estudiantes de posgrado en enfermería. La reflexión permitió identificar la importancia competencial de las concepciones teórico-filosóficas del proceso de salud y cuidados de enfermería y su contribución a la formación profesional. Se concluye que las concepciones teórico-filosóficas se fundamentan como un elemento importante en la formación de los estudiantes de posgrado en enfermería, valorando la reflexión filosófica como estrategia de construcción de conocimiento.O estudo tem como objetivo refletir acerca da experiência vivenciada por estudantes de pós-graduação em enfermagem em uma disciplina de concepções teórico-filosóficas no processo de cuidar em enfermagem e saúde. Trata-se de um estudo descritivo do tipo reflexão, desenvolvido a partir das vivências de estudantes de mestrado em uma disciplina de um programa de pós-graduação em enfermagem, da região Sul do Brasil, que ocorreu no período de março a julho de 2019. As discussões transcorrem três categorias centrais: A Filosofia no Processo de Cuidar em Saúde e Enfermagem; Correntes de Pensamento na Área da Saúde e Enfermagem; A Filosofia na Formação de Pós-Graduandos em Enfermagem. A reflexão possibilitou a identificação da importância de discussões acerca das concepções teórico-filosóficas do processo de cuidar em saúde e enfermagem e sua contribuição para a formação profissional.
