Resumo: Objective: to report the experience of nursing residents in the context of the pandemic COVID-19 in a university outpatient care unit in the State of Rio de Janeiro. Method: This is an experience report about the work of nursing residents in the context of the referred pandemic, under the supervision of teachers, tutors and preceptors of the Faculty of Nursing at the State University of Rio de Janeiro. Results: Regarding the activities developed by residents on an outpatient basis during the pandemic, the implementation of the care flows stands out; the nursing consultation of users, including symptomatic health professionals; participation in training on the use of personal protective equipment and other work process management activities. Conclusion: the reported experience allowed the articulation and integration between teaching-service through assistance activities in the context of the pandemic, on an outpatient basis and enabled resident nurses to experience a unique experience in the global context of COVID-19.

Método: Este es un informe de experiencia sobre el trabajo de los residentes de enfermería en el contexto de la referida pandemia, bajo la supervisión de maestros, tutores y preceptores de la Facultad de Enfermería de la Universidad Estatal de Río de Janeiro. Resultados: Respecto a las actividades desarrolladas por los residentes de forma ambulatoria durante la pandemia, se destaca la implementación de los flujos de atención; la consulta de enfermería a los usuarios, incluidos los profesionales de la salud sintomáticos; participación en capacitación sobre el uso de equipos de protección personal y otras actividades de gestión de procesos de trabajo. Conclusión: la experiencia reportada permitió la articulación e integración entre el servicio de enseñanza a través de actividades de asistencia en el contexto de la pandemia, de forma ambulatoria y permitió a las enfermeras residentes experimentar una experiencia única en el contexto global de COVID-19.Objetivo: relatar a experiência da atuação de residentes de enfermagem no contexto da pandemia COVID-19 em uma unidade de atenção ambulatorial universitária do Estado do Rio de Janeiro. Método: Trata-se de um relato de experiência, sobre a atuação de residentes de enfermagem no contexto da referida pandemia, sob supervisão de docentes, tutores e preceptores do da Faculdade de Enfermagem da Universidade do Estado do Rio de Janeiro.
