Effective communication between users and the multidisciplinary team of the human milk bank in the eastern Amazon

Resumo: | The HMB's main function is to provide assistance to children's health in the country. than 1.1 million Brazilian women. Objective: to identify the effective communication of the multidisciplinary team in the Human Milk Bank (HMB) to promote breastfeeding. Methodology: The methodological strategy of action research used for development, through an exploratory study, supported by the term transversal orality, with a quanti-quali approach. Participated in the study 19 professionals who make up the multidisciplinary team of the Human Milk Bank (BLH) - Dr. João Aprígio – from the Santa Casa de Misericórdia do Pará Foundation – FSCMP. Results: the construction of a strategy that favors effective communication between users and professionals of the Human Milk Bank (BLH)- Dr. João Aprígio – from Fundação Santa Casa de Misericórdia do Pará - FSCMP, a tool capable of promoting breastfeeding and mobilizing society to support women's demands. Conclusion: It is suggested, in order to have a future perspective, to present a technical opinion for middle management as a suggestion of strategies for the execution and implementation of a tool capable of favoring effective communication between users and the multidisciplinary team of a highly complex service. In addition, present a proposal for the creation and validation of an accessible and practical mobile application based on a real diagnosis. |

Objetivo: identificar la comunicación efectiva del equipo multidisciplinario del Banco de Leche Humana (BSL) para promover la lactancia materna. Metodología: Se utilizó la estrategia metodológica de investigación acción para el desarrollo, a través de un estudio exploratorio, sustentado en el término oralidad transversal, con un enfoque cuanti-cuali. Participaron del estudio 19 profesionales que integran el equipo multidisciplinario del Banco de Leche Humana (BLH) - Dr. João Aprígio – de la Fundación Santa Casa de Misericordia do Pará – FSCMP. Resultados: la construcción de una estrategia que favorezca la comunicación efectiva entre usuarios y profesionales del Banco de Leche Humana (BLH)- Dra. João Aprígio – de la Fundação Santa Casa de Misericordia do Pará - FSCMP, una herramienta capaz de promover la lactancia materna y movilizar a la sociedad para apoyar las demandas de las mujeres. Conclusión: Se sugiere, para tener una perspectiva de futuro, presentar un dictamen técnico para mandos medios como sugerencia de estrategias para la ejecución e implementación de una herramienta capaz de favorecer la comunicación efectiva entre los usuarios y el equipo multidisciplinario de un entorno de alta complejidad. Además, presentar una propuesta para la creación y validación de una aplicación móvil accesible y práctica basada en un diagnóstico real.O BLH tem como principal função a assistência à saúde infantil do país passou a ser considerada pela Organização Mundial de Saúde (OMS) como a maior e mais complexa BLH, contendo 292 banco de leite mundial destes 72,9% estão localizados no país beneficiando cerca de 1,1 milhão de mulheres brasileiras. Objetivo: identificar a comunicação efetiva da equipe multiprofissional em Banco de Leite Humano (BLH) para promoção do aleitamento materno. Metodologia: A estratégia metodológica da pesquisa-ação utilizada para o desenvolvimento, por meio de estudo de natureza exploratório, apoiado no termo oralidade transversal, com abordagem quanti-quali. Participaram do estudo 19 profissionais que compõem a equipe multidisciplinar do Banco de Leite Humano (BLH)- Dr. João Aprígio – da Fundação Santa Casa de Misericórdia do Pará – FSCMP. Resultados: foi evidenciado a construção de uma estratégia que favoreça a comunicação efetiva entre usuárias e profissionais do Banco de Leite Humano (BLH)- Dr. João Aprígio – da Fundação Santa Casa de Misericórdia do Pará - FSCMP, ferramenta capaz de promover o aleitamento materno e a mobilização da sociedade como suporte às demandas das mulheres. Conclusão: Sugere-se, a fim de perspectiva futura, apresentar um parecer técnico para média gestão como sugestão de estratégias para execução e implementação de uma ferramenta capaz de favorecer comunicação efetiva entre usuárias e equipe multidisciplinar de um serviço de alta complexidade.
