Supervised curricular internship in nursing in times of pandemic by Covid-19 in a Primary Health Care Unit in the interior of Amazonas

Resumo: Objective: To describe the experience lived by undergraduate students in the nursing course in the midst of the pandemic by Covid-19, during the Supervised Curricular Internship (ECS) II discipline in a Basic Health Unit (UBS) of primary care in the interior of Amazonas. Method: This is an experience report, of a descriptive nature, about the experience of students from the 10th period of the nursing course. The internship took place from November 9 to December 18, 2020, in a UBS located in a municipality in the state of Amazonas. Results: The ECS was a great challenge for the students due to the risk of contagion with the new coronavirus, health education activities were carried out with a minimum of users and maintaining restrictive measures, the UBS received dozens of people daily with signs and symptoms similar to those of Covid-19, which led academics to perform health actions several times, clarifying the manifestations of flu-like syndromes, colds and the specifics of the new coronavirus. The participation of students in the Family Health Strategy (FHS) was essential, where they were able to contribute in meeting extra nursing demands, assisting in health actions for users and professionals of the unit, through lectures with relevant themes in times of pandemic. Final Considerations: The experience lived during the ECS in a health unit in the middle of the Covid-19 pandemic collaborated with the teaching and learning of students, adding new knowledge for professional and personal training.

Método: Se trata de un relato de experiencia, de carácter descriptivo, sobre la experiencia de los estudiantes del décimo período de la carrera de enfermería. La pasantía se llevó a cabo del 9 de noviembre al 18 de diciembre de 2020, en una UBS ubicada en un municipio del estado de Amazonas. Resultados: El ECS fue un gran desafío para los estudiantes por el riesgo de contagio con el nuevo coronavirus, se realizaron actividades de educación en salud con un mínimo de usuarios y manteniendo medidas restrictivas, la UBS recibió diariamente a decenas de personas con signos y síntomas similares a los del Covid-19, que llevó a los académicos a realizar acciones de salud en varias ocasiones, aclarando las manifestaciones de síndromes gripales, resfriados y las particularidades del nuevo coronavirus. La participación de los estudiantes en la Estrategia de Salud de la Familia (ESF) fue fundamental, donde pudieron contribuir en la atención de las demandas extra de enfermería, asistiendo en las acciones de salud de los usuarios y profesionales de la unidad, a través de charlas con temas relevantes en tiempos de pandemia. Consideraciones finales: La experiencia vivida durante el ECS en una unidad de salud en medio de la pandemia Covid-19 colaboró con la enseñanza y el aprendizaje de los estudiantes, agregando nuevos conocimientos para la formación profesional y personal.Objetivo: Descrever a experiência vivenciada por graduandos no curso de enfermagem em meio à pandemia por Covid-19, durante a disciplina Estágio Curricular Supervisionado (ECS) II em uma Unidade Básica de Saúde (UBS) da atenção primária no interior do Amazonas. Metodotologia: Trata-se de um relato de experiência, de cunho descritivo, sobre a vivência de discentes do 10° período do curso de enfermagem. O estágio ocorreu no período de 9 de novembro a 18 de dezembro de 2020, em uma UBS localizada em um município do estado do Amazonas. Resultados e Discussão: O ECS foi um grande desafio para os discentes devido ao risco de contágio pelo novo coronavírus, as atividades de educações em saúde eram realizadas com o mínimo de usuários e mantendo as medidas restritivas, a UBS recebia diariamente dezenas de pessoas com sinais e sintomas semelhantes aos da Covid-19, o que levou os acadêmicos a realizar diversas vezes ações em saúde esclarecendo acerca das manifestações de síndromes gripais, resfriados e os específicos do novo coronavírus. A participação dos discentes na Estratégia Saúde da Família (ESF) foi fundamental, onde os mesmos puderam contribuir nos atendimentos de demandas extras de enfermagem, auxiliando nas ações em saúde para os usuários e profissionais da unidade, através de palestras com temas relevantes em tempos de pandemia.
