Sociodemographic, clinical and satisfaction profile of the participants of a Physiotherapy school clinic in the City of Guaraí, Tocantins

Resumo: The supervised internship is the period in which the academic begins his professional experience and puts into practice the knowledge acquired during theoretical and practical classes. Institutions with school clinics provide their students with a realistic experience of their future profession, promoting an internship field and providing free services to the entire community. Objectives: To present the sociodemographic, clinical and satisfaction profile of the participants of the Clinic School of Physiotherapy (CEF) of the Educational Institute Santa Catarina/Faculdade Guaraí (IESC/FAG), which offers free care to the population of the municipality of Guaraí-TO and region, through a partnership with the Municipal Health Department. Methodology: This is a descriptive and quantitative and qualitative cross-sectional study, through the application of a questionnaire with 18 questions that addressed sociodemographic, clinical and satisfaction issues with 49 participants of the CEF. Results: There was a predominance of female participants with 53.07%, complete high school is the level of education of 30.62% of participants and income below 2 minimum wages is the reality of 79.59%. The most comprehensive functional changes in FEC treatments are balance and gait deficits (10) and the Neurofunctional area has 32.65% of demand. The perception of great satisfaction with the interns' care reached 76% among the participants. Conclusion: This result reaffirms the social commitment that the CEF of IESC/FAG has to the community of the municipality of Guaraí and region, since for most of its participants, this is the only guarantee of access to physical therapy assistance.

Las instituciones con clínicas escolares brindan a sus estudiantes una experiencia realista de su futura profesión, promoviendo un campo de pasantías y brindando servicios gratuitos a toda la comunidad. Objetivos: Presentar el perfil sociodemográfico, clínico y de satisfacción de los participantes del Clínica Escuela de Fisioterapia (CEF) del Instituto Educativo Santa Catarina / Faculdade Guaraí (IESC / FAG), que ofrece atención gratuita a la población del municipio de Guaraí. -TO y región, en alianza con la Secretaría Municipal de Salud. Metodología: Se trata de un estudio descriptivo, cuantitativo y cualitativo, transversal, mediante la aplicación de un cuestionario con 18 preguntas que abordaron temas sociodemográficos, clínicos y de satisfacción con 49 participantes de el CEF. Resultados: Hubo predominio de mujeres participantes con 53.07%, bachillerato completo es el nivel de educación del 30.62% de los participantes y los ingresos por debajo de 2 salarios mínimos es la realidad del 79.59%. Los cambios funcionales más completos en los tratamientos FEC son los déficits de equilibrio y marcha (10) y el área neurofuncional tiene 32,65% de la demanda. La percepción de gran satisfacción con la atención de los internos alcanzó el 76% entre los participantes. Conclusión: Este resultado reafirma el compromiso social que tiene la CEF del IESC / FAG con la comunidad del municipio de Guaraí y región, ya que para la mayoría de sus participantes, esta es la única garantía de acceso a la asistencia de fisioterapia.O estágio supervisionado é o período em que o acadêmico inicia sua vivência profissional e coloca em prática os conhecimentos adquiridos durante as aulas teóricas e práticas. Objetivos: Apresentar o perfil sociodemográfico, clínico e de satisfação dos participantes da Clínica escola de Fisioterapia (CEF) do Instituto Educacional Santa Catarina/Faculdade Guaraí (IESC/FAG), que oferece atendimentos gratuitos para a população do município de Guaraí-TO e região, por meio de uma parceria com a Secretaria Municipal de Saúde. Metodologia: Trata-se de um estudo transversal descritivo e quanti-qualitativo, através da aplicação de um questionário com 18 perguntas que abordaram assuntos sociodemográficos, clínicos e de satisfação com 49 participantes da CEF. Resultados: Predominou-se participantes do sexo feminino com 53,07%, o ensino médio completo e o grau de escolaridade de 30,62% dos participantes e a renda abaixo de 2 salários-mínimos é a realidade de 79,59%. As alterações funcionais mais abrangentes nos tratamentos da CEF é o déficit de equilíbrio e marcha (10) e a área Neurofuncional possui 32,65% da demanda. A percepção de uma ótima satisfação perante os atendimentos dos estagiários, atingiu 76% entre os participantes.
