Vaccinations in the model drive-thru at pandemic from Covid-19: on report experience

Resumo: | Objective: To denote the performance of health professionals in combating Covid-19 inserted in the drive-thru model for mass immunization of the population, demonstrating the result of this action in the city. Methodology: Descriptive study, of the report type of experience of the professionals of the Residency Program in Collective Health in the vaccination against Covid-19, in the drive-thru model in the Centro de Eventos of Ponta Grossa, Paraná. Results: The vaccines used in the immunization against Covid-19 in the municipality, correspond to 4 different laboratories, distributed according to population demand, following the guidelines of each manufacturer, being applied a total of 802,779 doses. The site of choice for vaccination was based on analyses that would facilitate the logistics of the immunization process, avoiding compromising the flow of cars in the city and ensuring the safety of workers. The health professionals worked in the screening stage and in the application of immunizers, with the support of municipal professionals and interns. The implementation of online scheduling and the use of technology also contributed to the organization and agility of the immunization process. Conclusion: This model enabled agility in the application of vaccines, providing comfort to patients, especially those with limitations, and also showed the importance of collective and multiprofessional work. |

Metodología: Estudio descriptivo, del tipo de relato de experiencia de profesionales del Programa de Residencia en Salud Colectiva en vacunación contra el Covid-19, en el modelo drive-thru del Centro de Eventos en Ponta Grossa, Paraná. Resultados: Las vacunas utilizadas en la inmunización contra el Covid-19 en el municipio corresponden a 4 laboratorios diferentes, distribuidos de acuerdo a la demanda de la población, siguiendo los lineamientos de cada fabricante, aplicándose un total de 802,779 dosis. El lugar de elección para la vacunación se basó en análisis que facilitaron la logística del proceso de vacunación, evitando comprometer el flujo de automóviles en la ciudad y garantizando la seguridad de los trabajadores. Profesionales de la salud trabajaron en el tamizaje y aplicación de vacunas, con el apoyo de profesionales del municipio y pasantes.La implementación de la programación en línea y el uso de tecnologías también contribuyeron a la organización y habilidad en el proceso de vacunación. Conclusión: Este modelo permitió la agilidad en la aplicación de las vacunas, brindando comodidad a los pacientes, especialmente a aquellos con limitaciones, y también destacó la importancia del trabajo colectivo y multidisciplinario.Objetivo: Denotar a atuação dos profissionais de saúde no combate ao Covid-19 inseridos no modelo drive-thru para imunização da população em massa, demonstrando o resultado desta ação no município. Metodologia: Estudo descritivo, do tipo relato de experiência dos profissionais do Programa de Residência em Saúde Coletiva na vacinação contra a Covid-19, no modelo drive-thru no Centro de Eventos de Ponta Grossa, Paraná. Resultados: As vacinas utilizadas na imunização contra a Covid-19 no município, correspondem a 4 laboratórios diferentes, distribuídas conforme a demanda populacional, seguindo as orientações de cada fabricante, sendo aplicadas um total de 802.779 doses. O local de escolha para a vacinação se deu por meio de análises que facilitassem a logística do processo de imunização, evitando o comprometimento do fluxo de carros na cidade e garantindo segurança aos trabalhadores. Os profissionais da saúde atuaram na etapa da triagem e da aplicação dos imunizantes, contando com suporte de profissionais do município e estagiários. A implementação do agendamento online e uso de tecnologias também contribuíram para a organização e destreza no processo de imunização.
