Supervised Curricular Internship: Profile of the trainer tutor in the discipline of a course of Pedagogy in the distance modality

Resumo: The main factor in the training process is the articulation of theory and practice, evidencing whether the student's learning was significant and generated the necessary skills in the labor market, which is increasingly demanding and competitive. The present text aims to make theoretical notes about the profile of the tutor in the subjects of supervised curricular internship in the course of Pedagogy in the distance modality. To reach the proposed objectives, the methodology used was of a qualitative nature, with the use of the bibliographic review. As results, the importance of the supervised internship in the life of the student is revealed, so that they understand the future field of professional performance.

El presente texto tiene por objetivo realizar apuntes teóricos sobre el perfil del tutor en las disciplinas de práctica curricular supervisado en el curso de Pedagogía en la modalidad a distancia. Para alcanzar los objetivos propuestos, la metodología utilizada fue de naturaleza cualitativa, con la utilización de la revisión bibliográfica. Como resultados, se revela la importancia de la práctica supervisada en la vida del estudiante, para que éstos comprendan el futuro campo de actuación profesional.O fator primordial no processo formativo refere-se à articulação da teoria com a prática, evidenciando se a aprendizagem do aluno foi significativa e gerou as competências necessárias ao mercado de trabalho, que está cada vez mais exigente e competitivo. Para atingir os objetivos propostos, a metodologia utilizada foi de natureza qualitativa, com a utilização da revisão bibliográfica.
