Resumo: This article aims to use statistical tools to verify the behavior and control the isotopic enrichment process of uranium hexafluoride enriched to a maximum of 5% of 235U. Analyze the behavior of the process as well as the establishment of a statistical method to monitor and control production in order to increase productivity and decrease costs. The methodology used for the development of this work were the fundamentals related to descriptive statistics such as the Anderson-Darling normality test, verification of average and pattern deviation as well as graphs of histogram, probability and individual content values, in addition to the boxplot analysis. for two different enrichment campaigns.

Analizar el comportamiento del proceso así como el establecimiento de un método estadístico para monitorear y controlar la producción con el fin de incrementar la productividad y disminuir costos. La metodología utilizada para el desarrollo de este trabajo fueron los fundamentos relacionados con la estadística descriptiva como la prueba de normalidad de Anderson-Darling, verificación de medias y desviaciones típicas así como gráficas de histograma, probabilidad y valores de contenido individual, además del análisis de boxplot para dos campañas de enriquecimiento diferentes.Este artigo tem como objetivo, utilizar ferramentas estatísticas para verificação do comportamento e controle do processo de enriquecimento isotópico de hexafluoreto de urânio enriquecido a no máximo 5% de 235U. Analisar o comportamento do processo assim como o estabelecimento de um método estatístico para acompanhar e controlar a produção com a busca de aumentar a produtividade e diminuir os gastos.
