Resumo: With a case study, a field research was developed combining, exploration and description with a qualitative analysis, with the use of intensive direct observation technique, with the objective of the article to make an improvement in its process of remelting to increase its production capacity.  The case study was carried out at Alcoa, the world leader in aluminum production, at work we went through a conceptual definition of aluminum alloy and its manufacturing process, which is currently of great relevance in the industrial market, due to its flexibility of application in various sectors. The improvement presented in the study allowed an increase in production in the process of remelting in the manufacture of aluminum alloy that was considered a bottleneck.

The improvement presented in the study allowed an increase in production in the process of remelting in the manufacture of aluminum alloy that was considered a bottleneck.Con un estudio de caso, se desarrolló una investigación de campo combinando, explorando y descripción con un análisis cualitativo, con el uso de una técnica intensiva de observación directa, con el objetivo del artículo de mejorar su proceso de fusión para aumentar su capacidad de producción.  El estudio de caso se llevó a cabo en Alcoa, líder mundial en la producción de aluminio, en el trabajo pasamos por una definición conceptual de aleación de aluminio y su proceso de fabricación, que actualmente es de gran relevancia en el mercado industrial, debido a su flexibilidad de aplicación en diversos sectores. La mejora presentada en el estudio permitió un aumento en la producción en el proceso de fusión en la fabricación de aleación de aluminio que se consideró un cuello de botella.Com um estudo de caso, desenvolveu–se uma pesquisa de campo combinando, exploração e descrição com uma análise qualitativa, com o uso de técnica de observação direta intensiva, têm como objetivo do artigo fazer uma melhoria em seu processo de refusão para aumentar a sua capacidade de produção.  O estudo de caso foi realizado na Alcoa, líder mundial na produção de alumínio, no trabalho passamos por uma definição conceitual da liga do alumínio e seu processo de fabricação que atualmente é de grande relevância no mercado industrial, pela sua flexibilidade de aplicação em diversos setores.
