Resumo: The entry of effective public servants in their positions occurs through a public contest, with appointment being one of the original forms of provision. After the effective exercise, demands may arise that cause the removal of human resources in the public service. The aim of this research is to analyze the contributory reasons for the removal of the servers of the State Judiciary of Paraíba crowded in the following counties: Água Branca, Coremas, Itaporanga, Patos, Piancó, Princesa Isabel, Santa Luzia, Taperoá and Teixeira. This is an exploratory-descriptive field research, using direct observation, bibliographic research and interviews with civil servants who occupy effective positions in the 6th region of the Court of Justice of Paraíba. In the study, we considered three dimensions to analyze agreement in relation to the contributory reasons for the removal of civil servants: organizational, environmental, and behavioral. The analysis of the results showed the need to implement the following actions: study of salaries paid by other courts of Justice of the same size/financial resources to point out any differences and correct them; insertion of bonuses for civil servants working in difficult-to-provide districts; encourage teleworking; group dynamics; quarterly analysis of computer equipment/air conditioning; performance evaluation programs and periodic meetings between judges and civil servants.

Posterior al ejercicio efectivo, pueden surgir demandas que ocasionen la remoción de recursos humanos en el servicio público. El objetivo de esta investigación es analizar las causas que contribuyeron a la remoción de los servidores del Poder Judicial del Estado de Paraíba atestados en los siguientes municipios: Água Branca, Coremas, Itaporanga, Patos, Piancó, Princesa Isabel, Santa Luzia, Taperoá y Teixeira. Se trata de una investigación de campo exploratoria-descriptiva, utilizando observación directa, investigación bibliográfica y entrevistas con servidores públicos que ocupan cargos efectivos en la 6ª región del Tribunal de Justicia de Paraíba. En el estudio se consideraron tres dimensiones para analizar el acuerdo en relación a las causas que contribuyen a la remoción de los servidores públicos: organizacional, ambiental y comportamental. El análisis de los resultados mostró la necesidad de implementar las siguientes acciones: estudio de los salarios pagados por otros tribunales de justicia del mismo tamaño/recursos financieros para señalar las diferencias y corregirlas; inserción de bonos para servidores públicos que laboran en distritos de difícil provisión; fomentar el teletrabajo; dinámica de grupo; análisis trimestrales de equipos de cómputo/aire acondicionado; programas de evaluación del desempeño y reuniones periódicas entre jueces y servidores públicos.O ingresso dos servidores públicos efetivos em seus cargos ocorre por meio de concurso público, sendo uma das formas de provimento originário a nomeação. Após o efetivo exercício, podem surgir demandas que provocam a remoção de recursos humanos no serviço público. O objetivo desta pesquisa é analisar os motivos contributivos para a remoção dos servidores do Poder Judiciário Estadual da Paraíba lotados nas seguintes comarcas: Água Branca, Coremas, Itaporanga, Patos, Piancó, Princesa Isabel, Santa Luzia, Taperoá e Teixeira. Trata-se de uma pesquisa de campo do tipo exploratório-descritiva, utilizando a observação direta, pesquisa bibliográfica e entrevistas com servidores que ocupam cargos efetivos na 6ª região do Tribunal de Justiça da Paraíba. No estudo foram consideradas três dimensões para análise do grau de concordância em relação aos motivos contributivos para a remoção dos servidores: organizacionais, ambientais e comportamentais.
